I searched the internet for a very specific car. MJ Automotive did a terrific job trying to earn my business. They were easy to communicate with and had great follow up. I wish I could have bought fro them, but I found a better match to my desires than they had available.
Not happy they forgot to put my name in for an appt.but took me waited hour 1/2 for an oil change.not good.and I never got paperwork on my oil change,girl wasn't very nice at all.Just handed me my keys never said nothing to me.......Norma Desimas.860 204 2931........
The folks at Scranton Chevy are by far the best in the industry. I inquired last Monday evening and was taking s test drive an hour later and less than 24 hours later taking delivery on my new Silverado.
I came to the dealership because of a specific vehicle that I saw online and Kamila helped me through the process of buying it. She is professional and knowledgeable as well as being a genuinely nice person. She even came and picked me up at my house and brought me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. I had a unique and difficult financial situation when I went in, and Kamila and James were able to work with lenders to get me a fair loan. James explained everything to me and did a great job working his magic to make this possible for me. Neither of them judged my situation and they made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Scranton Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Even though the price for labor was ridiculous everyone, ESPECIALLY Sarah (I???m not positive that is her name), was very helpful. She understood that I thought it was going to be under warrenty and didn???t except to pay so much out of pocked. She tried her best to lower the price for me, and I am very grateful. The service was done in a day and when I picked my car up every single person greeted me with a smile. The great customer servious definitely softened the blow for the service price.
I???ve been looking for an Suv for awhile and finally decided to trade in my Hyundai Accent for an Equinox and I couldn???t be happier. I worked with Tudor who was such a pleasure to work with. Very genuine customer service. This dealership really cares about their customers. Ive been to other chevy dealers but this one is the best. I can see that they go above and beyond to take care of the customer.

Very happy with the service department. Sarah was very professional and helpful. As for sales, I believe I was talking to the sales manager and I asked him to give me a quote for my truck because I am looking to trade it in. Was there for an hour and a half and he never got me one. Not happy. I walked out.
Excellent sales and service. Jim K. the service manger is second to none as well as the service dept as a whole. Great techs Steve and Woody take care of my truck flawlessly.
Dave in sales as well as Dave the sales manager have always taken care of me with all my purchases.
There’s no other place to purchase your new vehicle but Crest Ford.
