We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Great experience! Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying process. I traded in my car and he worked with me to get the deal that was fair and made sense. I was happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Jack and Douglas Jeep if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They even stayed late after closing time to make sure all went well with my deal. I'll be sending my referrals over to Jack for sure.

My daughter and I worked with David Martini while purchasing a 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Dave was exceptionally helpful, answered all of our questions and provided fantastic customer service. It was a pleasure working with Dave and I would definitely recommend Douglas Jeep and David Martini.
Dodge Ram has a tail gate recall. We very recently, less than a month ago had an oil change. We asked the service manager about the tail gate recall, at which time he said they did not have the parts. Two weeks or less we receive a call informing us they could fix the problem and we should make an appointment. We setup the appointment and received an email reminder. Went to dealer with truck today, were told they did not have parts..... I asked why were we called? Seems the person who called made a mistake, ok I can see that that could happen.. We did not get a call to let us know, we did not have to come in. The person whom originally call, called to apologize but said she does not sleep at night because she might have missed someone.. Well seems like after that comment it was our fault and none of theirs. Where is the communication between employees at the dealership and for that matter with Dodge Chrysler Corporate? Getting a new van in January and had made up mind on dealer but now questioning what we had decided.
I purchase a 2013 Volvo XC90 from Scottie Auto Sales on line. I talks to Susie in the office there and she was great with all the paper works. she had the car shipped to me. the car was what I expected. very clean. I will buy again from Scottie Auto Sales
I came across Scotti's inventory online and I was determined to leave with a car the day I came in. I was obsessed with the car I found on the inventory and took it for a test drive. I wasn't really feeling the car but Mark one of the owners insisted I take a different Land Rover for a test drive (which he recommended from the beginning), he was honest and transparent about everything and I ended up purchasing the SUV that day! The finance department was so friendly and caring they even stayed way past normal business hours to get me the best deal! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent car at a great price!
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
Looked at BMW 7 Series, Tesla day before...and left with a new Tahoe thanks to Finian Mayotte and everyone there. Larry, John and Adam all played a role in flipping a 35 year BMW driver (4 of them)...to a Chevy Man...Cox Chevrolet is the reason from the minute we walked in the front door. Not my last Chevy...guarantee that!
My request-need was a little bit unusual and everyone handled it seamlessly. The technician was very good and handled my car with a high level of care. I didn't catch his name. The technician and service advisor deserve a raise or bonus!

I got my truck back Quick. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to help. But, the repair wasn’t fixed properly and I had to bring it back the next week where they discovered several things wrong. Why not the first time?
very good. we told tj what we were looking for and he kept me in touch with what he had. he did not pressure me at all and was very understanding. we did not buy a car from them due to the mileage difference between us. about 80 miles. yes, i would recommend there dealership. i have a friend who bought from them a year or so ago, and he has gone back twice and is very happy with them. thank you!
