This is a good looking vehicle and very comfortable to ride in. Having Stow and Go for all middle and rear seats us great! Parking assist with back up camera is very helpful as well as the sensors on the side mirrors. The radio is easy to operate and I appreciate controlling the temperature for the whole vehicle from the front. My frustrations with the Pacifica are in the interior use of space. Putting 3 children's car seats in the middle row is very tight. The center console is small and not closed in( front or back) so one is limited with what can go in that space securely. The cup holders are small, limiting the size bottle or cup one can fit there, especially in the door. Some of the storage pockets are so small and such an odd shape, they're not usful. The Pacifica is nice, but I expected better than this from Chrysler.
Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.

The Pacifica is extremely nice, has more amenities than we actually originally were after, has a comfortable ride akin to a Mercedes and has been reliable in the past. We have 3 kids under 11 and it makes transporting them around for daily tasks easy and safe.
Just finished up my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kunes Country in Elkhorn Wisc and I can say it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, which continued to enhance the buying experience...genuinely nice people. My sales person was Mike Oberthaler. He stayed in close touch by phone and email during the process and made the transaction go smoothly. He also provided good advice and explanations of the various rebates, models, options and pricing. Mike also tracked down a vehicle for me that more closely met my needs. I would encourage anyone in the market to give them a try.

Love the STOW AND GO seating! This alone is awesome for camping and not fussing with taking seats in and out. Cant wait to buy the vehicle, with as much extended coverage as I can get cause it’s a long term investment for me...10 years at least. Minivan drives and handles wonderfully!

Good looking car. There was a period of transition with all the bells and whistles, even on the L. Passengers all like the ride, but head rests have a strong forward tilt for some riders. Do like the bells and whistles, esp., flasher on mirrors when cars approach. Heat and air are both great.
As this was my first time purchasing a car the experience I had with Rick was effortless. He made my process very easy and was so helpful through it all, he had everything ready to go. He was very efficient and had a great personality, and made my first experience great. I would recommend Rick and Ziegler Dealer to others. The whole atmosphere was superb from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.

This is our third Chrysler van and is by far the most advanced. We have owned 2015, 2016 Town and Country vans and the Pacifica is a tremendous upgrade. The electronic safety features make it easy for me, a 70 year old driver, feel very comfortable driving in traffic or backing

We formerly drove Subaru Forester. So the Pacifica is a welcome upgrade. We believe that we have a great value for the price we got. The engine is powerful and quite despite the size of the vehicle. We find the interior design flexible and well laid out. The comfort of the drive is good, not luxurious and we definitely notice the larger size, but these were expected. It is difficult to judge reliability at this time. Our car has 8k miles and has no issues.
The user interface on the vehicle was initially challenged by a lack of information (or our inability to find the information) in the manual. We have learned far more from instructional videos on YouTube. So, if you want an idea of how easy setting up phones and how to manage the car's systems - start there even before your test drive. After we drove it for a week, we found that the layouts were intuitive and the multiple ways of accomplishing the same task made common functions very manageable.
Our first impression on the Pacifica is that we can't wait to drive it.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
Wound up not buying here but still might trade car in; really liked this place. Worked with Dan A. who was friendly and professional. A very nice change of pace after two terrible experiences at Woodfield Nissan. Cars are priced reasonably since you can't negotiate.
All staff seemed professional and nice. I enjoyed being able to sit in and examine everyone of their cars on the lot by myself.
Very clean facilities
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
Horrible video and GPS interface

The video controls have no button info and is extremely clunky. For instance you have 4 direction arrows and an ok button. No play button. So when the kids are wanting a movie to play you are blindly trying to get it to work while trying not to get into an accident. The GPS is more of the same. The voice commands while driving are extremely limited as to what you can say. It does not find normal reference points (could be from the lack of understood commands and references), it starts by asking you what country you are in, if it messes up the voice recognition in the 5 or 6 questions it asks you, you have to start over which is 70% of the time. The styling is great, the performance is as expected from a known platform but the user interface execution with the knowledge there are kid demands is some of the worst I have ever used. As a user of a vehicle like this and as a parent you have enough distractions, trying to use basic functions of the interface shouldn't be your biggest distraction. You are taking your eyes off the road way too much to try to figure out the vague controls that you just end up pushing whatever because there is no function assigned but its the only thing you have. Whoever designed this must not have kids and missed the idea to design a safe, easy, and a stress free user interface. This van concerns me for the safety of my family when sending my wife and kids out in it.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.
Teddy could not have been more friendly or helpful. He looked everywhere to find the wrangler I wanted. Then Antar stepped in to help. They got me the exact wrangler I wanted with a few extra bells and whistles. Negotiating price was straightforward and I was happy with the price. Shout out to my finance guys who could not have been nicer. It was a very positive experience (I had already been to 3 other Jeep dealers) and highly recommend Gurnee Jeep.
