Antwerpen Hyundai of Baltimore review
My husband and I had to shop for a car for our handicapped daughter who was recently paralyzed after surgery, The sales person, Berlinda Chandler, made this experience in shopping for a van to suit our daughter's needs was very professional, very caring and very informative. After we explained what our needs were she instructed us to view several vehicles, the Chrysler Pacifica being one of them, Our daughter, Latresce Bennett, was not able to be there at that time , however Berlinda took the extra time to speak with our daughter, who was in a nursing home, over the telephone and took extra time to even take the vehicle to the nursing home so that our daughter could make the final decision on the purchase of the vehicle, She was patient, kind, attentive and caring. Explaining the features of the car. How the car would be best suited for her handicap. She worked with both us and our daughter in making this purchase. She and our daughter and my husband and I worked together to make this buy both affordable and buyer friendly.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jonathan at Easterns Automotive Group in Sterling. From start to finish, the process was A+. He was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got into the exact car I wanted. If you’re looking for a seamless car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Jonathan!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I have only one eye (the other is glass). Elie heard me and put me in my first ever Tesla. Vision will never be an issue again. The 360° screen is a miracle. I couldn’t believe they had an M3 in my price range. Thanks Elie!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
