The salesman arranged a test drive and although the vehicle was nice, it just didn't have all the features I wanted. The staff really wanted my business and even dropped the price a great deal, but I wasn't ready to accept a car that didn't have what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership. They understood my reasons for not purchasing and followed up with emails afterwards.

From what I remember, Abigail was a fairly new sales person but very willing to answer all our questions and get help when she was unsure. Upon our first visit, the vehicle we were interested in had just been traded and not all the sales people had a chance to become familiar with it.
