There were plenty of vehicles we were looking for to choose from. The salesman was easy to talk to and was not pushy. It was a very good experience.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Definitely would recommend going there to family and friends. They made the process of buying a car easy. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Even the service department was easy to deal with.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

We bought a 2023 GMC Acadia from Ridings during their recent tent sale. Kevin Briggs was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to get our business and make it a comfortable buying experience. We enjoyed doing business with him and we are very satisfied with our Acadia. We will be Rick Ridings customers in the future. Thank you Kevin Briggs and Rick Ridings Ford. Terry and Deb Campbell

The salesperson (Colton) was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the model I was considering, professional and zero pressure. The sale was completed in record time using online resources Colton suggested ahead of meeting at the dealership. Colton even completed the sale on his day off to accomodate my schedule. The finance manager was able to find a very low interest rate for financing, which was a great bonus. Overall great experience.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Rick Ridings Ford review
I was looking for a 2025 Mustang GT. I found one at Rick Ridings and dealt with Justin. This was the best experience with a car dealership I’ve ever had. I did not feel pressured by the salesperson or the finance department to buy extra options like I have with previous dealerships. It took me longer to drive to the dealership than it did to finish my trade-in and the paperwork for the new car. I am very happy with how Rick Ridings and Justin handled my car purchase and have told all of our friends that it is worth the 2 hour drive. They even gave me a gift at the end.

If you need a car ask for Colton! We drove an hour and a half to have Colton show us a used car, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch....just a knowledgeable guy wanting to help us out. The guys in the finance office were great to work with as well. They explained the additional extended warranty options, but with no pressure to pick one. Great experience overall.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Kristy was the best!! We came in with 0 expectations due to previous bad experiences in car buying elsewhere. We ended up leaving in a dream vehicle after only a couple hours of being there! It wasn't a whole day process and she gave space for my husband and I to make a decision that we both felt good about when we left 😀 10/10 recommend

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
