Vision Automotive Group - Delivery from Rochester, NY for Buffalo, NYReviews
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Ki-Po Chevrolet review
KiPo always does a great job in their service dept. Car is always left clean and neat. I have always had both my Chevys that I purchase there serviced there also. Why would I go anywhere else?

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Excellent experience. Very professional and nice. Fair price for trade and good price on vehicle. All details were taken care of quickly and picked up the next day. My wife loves the new minivan.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

I have leased many cars in the past but this experience with Evan and Russell at Vision Hyundai of Henrietta was by far the most pleasant, stress free experience ever. Evan never put any pressure on me and came up with a deal that far outweighed even my best expectations! He is an honest, kind young man and has earned my business for life! Thank you Evan and Russell and the entire team at Vision for such exceptional service!

Transitowne Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of West Seneca review
Kelly Roth has done a great job In making my experience in buying a new car. she took her time in walked me through everything during the purchase of the car. And she's even been there for me after I purchased the car and helping me get other Things that I wanted added to the vehicle. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is buying a car.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Towne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Inquired about a truck on Friday, very quick communication from Adam at the dealership. Barbie in finance was very helpful.Brought the truck on Wednesday, literally 10 minutes at the dealership. Live 340 miles away Adam had Dave waiting for me at train station, very professional. Just a very good experience, will be doing business with them again.L
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Cortese Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Mitsubis review
Bob Harmor was very professional and answered all my questions and got me the best deal on my jeep!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
