2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I was Andrew first sale and he did a wonderful job with everything and the process was smooth and amazing. I recommend you to buy a car from this particular dealership because they really paid attention to my needs and accommodations! I needed something bigger and Andrew showed me a nice SUV and I was instantly in love!!!!! I went and got my car serviced recently and their customer service team is amazing they gave me complimentary snacks and water for me and my family and we waited in the customer care area and was very comfortable. Autoline Preowned review
This dealer does it right! We worked with Clarence Joyner and he was easygoing and didn’t pressure. Helpful with answering our questions and patient while we came to a decision. Also had great customer service. The General Manager Joey was a true customer oriented professional. No nonsense and they were straight forward to work with. The low no haggle pricing is the way to go when buying a preowned vehicle!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Bennett Chrysler Jeep Dodge review
I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here about 5 years ago,and still drive it today. It is a great vehicle, and i have had no issues with it. The service department is good, and has always treated me with respect and do a quality job. I will most certainly buy another vehicle from them.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

Ali, our sales associate, and Rob, the manager, were very helpful. Came in with a good idea of the vehicle and price range I was comfortable with and was shown everything available and some vehicles that were awaiting certification before sales posting. Process from interest to purchase was very clean. All financing and loans were available through on site banking (no need to travel back and forth) and no pressure tactics or surprise ?fee adjustments? on the back end. Rob worked to get a mutually beneficial deal I am more than pleased with (got great car value versus investment). Vehicle runs great and would recommend If you?re on the fence anywhere else, at least give yourself a half an hour to see what Coggin has; I visited 12 dealerships in search of the best options and it was worth the effort to stop in here.

Purchased 2018 chrysler300 , from the moment we arrived, they were so nice and very professional!!Have bought many vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime, this was definitely one of the best experience that i have had!!Take the short ride north of Jacksonville you won’t be sorry 😊😊👍👍
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Thank you again for all your time and for being so awesome! My wife and I really appreciate Chris and James for their open and honest approach, as well as all the valuable information. This experience was not at all the high-pressure and constant back and forth negotiation that we were expecting. They gave us the fair and appropriate price right from the start and were fully transparent on everything. It was a fun and pleasant experience. Thank you again for that.

Auto Boutique Jacksonville review
Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

We were looking for a used pickup truck and wanted to trade in our old one. CarMax bought our old truck at a much higher value than any of the other dealers around and it was so easy. We looked at what they had in stock and didn't end up purchasing one- but we tell everyone now to check out CarMax because they make it so simple and easy!
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.
