We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car for her at Kunes of Belvidere. I am in sales and I have purchased many cars over the years. I’m not easily impressed but, I have to say, “Mo” Owaynat the general sales manager and numbers guy went over and above to get a deal done for me and my wife. On top of being a really nice guy, he worked hard to get a deal done that fit our needs and I felt the whole time like he was working as much for me as he was working for the dealership. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Very helpful with fast turn around of an unexpected repair. Fair prices with detailed explanation of repair. Have been working with Kunes in Delivan for about 5 years and have consistently had a superior experience. Good people with good values.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Fabulous customer service. The entire process of purchasing a car was handled politely and professionally by Sam. Everything was explained thoroughly by him, and we felt very relaxed while he was explaining it to us.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

Great customer service and kind of pricey but was worth it.I went in a Saturday morning and was in there less than 4 hrs which I traded my vehicle in..If you have good credit it’s a breeze..I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

I was on the market for buying a new car. I travel to work pretty far everyday so I needed something that was good on gas,low mileage, and reasonably priced. I was so amazed by how helpful the car sales associate Mourice was. He was very friendly and had my best interest. He wanted to get me the best deal possible for my money. This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

I brought my F150 in for an oil change on 10/5/24 Jessica in the service department was awsome! She made sure our visit went as smooth as possible! She is very professional and curtious and knows her job well.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

Always top shelf service from the sales dept to the service team. I wish I could purchase another vehicle from these guys. Sunnyside is a unique dealership from a by gone era of classic customer first Service.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
