We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

When my wife had her car totaled in a snow storm in Nov 2025, we went to Baxter Subaru for our first Subaru. The experience was quick, professional, and efficient. Due to the Personable nature of Becky, our sales rep, I went back three weeks later and worked with both Neil and Becky to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for a new Subaru. Two vehicles in less than a month speaks volumes for the dealership! Both Neil (who worked with me on the trade-in) and Becky were professional, personable, and honest. I could not be more happy with my experience. No 'finance' agent, everything done by the sales rep in a low-pressure, "this is what we offer, are you interested?" manner. This was appreciated more than most realize. I would recommend Baxter Subaru in Omaha, NE to anyone looking for a new car. Just ask for either Becky or Neil :)

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

While shopping online for a used 4runner, woodhouse had a limited list on their website. The title was for a limited but the actual vehicle was an SR5. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but it was frustrating that the label was incorrect

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I went to the dealership and test drove a lot of cars. I ended up getting a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. They deffenitly helped me get the car I wanted and great deal too. Very nice people. Thank you to Joseph, Sohib and Jayce from financing. Very great dealership and a lot of options!

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.

Went in on a Saturday with the sole purpose of buy a new truck. Everyone I came into contact with were polite, respectful, professional and in most cases funny. Humor goes a long way with me. Long story short, drove out in a new truck in decent time. Jake, my salesman was very easy to work with. Randy, the finance guy, very knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

On sat Aug 14th, I was greeted right of way by Jake S. He was super friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience was the fact that Jake listened to my requests and needs. Afterwards he asked questions and provided feedback. Most of my experiences when comes to purchasing a new/used vehicle is terrible, they don't care about you or your needs.
