We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Great Customer Service. After inspecting our vehicle, they purchased our car and gave us a check on the spot. They not only purchased our car but arranged for a LYFT ride to take us home. This was a no hassle process and took less than 30 minutes.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

What caught my attention was their amazing range of great cars. All or at least the cars I have viewed had great milage. When I had my personal mechanic inspect the used car that I was in the process of purchasing, I was amazed to find out that the car did not have any problems AT All! Not even any tiny problems. Such honest people as well (Oftum helped me find the cheapest APR rate for my credit score). As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, he helped me from the time I stepped on the lot to helping me drop off the car I purchased from the lot to my apartment (Because there were 2 vehicles and only 1 me.) Never thought I would have such a great car purchase experience as a first time buyer. I thought dealers were nothing but scam artists but not them, they truly care. Fell in love with my new car before and after purchase. Would highly recommend them to future vehicle buyers.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.
