2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

They are "very transparent' in their business dealings and "truly" care about their customers which are rare characteristics for the automotive sales business. They diligently work with each customer to determine what his/her needs. If they are not, Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and/or ram should be rated the #1 dealership in Georgia. If you are considering, in the process of purchasing, or have purchase any vehicle, please visit Don Jackson dealership. You will not be disappointed. They are a wholesale dealership who has a "Hugh inventory" with a "variety of vehicles" to meet any customers need with full satisfaction. As a recent customer who visited this dealership today, I can honestly say that I walked into this dealership with a bleeding and broken heart by another Jeep dealership's unethical business practices located in Chamblee, GA. I walked away with a restore hope that there are still truly good people left in this world. Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. Before you purchased from any other dealership, "please" take the drive to Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership at 5855 GA -400, Cummings, GA 30028. You will not be disappointed. Any one I came in contact with greeted me and made sure I was okay :) Rusty was my salesman; and he stayed in contact with me over a month helping me find the vehicle I wanted. Brad Bryant; manager was super sweet and assisted me with everything I needed. Phil was the finance manager, and he made everything work, and super sweet. Driving 7 1/2 hours was worth it, and I will purchase my next vehicle from there. Thanks so much again Land Rover Buckhead!!! :)I love my Range Rover !!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. 2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.
