Jackson Kia review

By John ( Jack) Higgins from Mims, Fl
We called the dealership to look at a Kia Telluride SX model. The salesperson was “Trent” . Trent brought up (2) model forus to look at & drive. The one thing we learned when buying a Telluride you need to i sure if the model you selected will allow you to pull a small trailer, good thing i asked, we changed-to the SX model that enables you to pull a trailer. Trent was excellent & extremely patient with us in our making of a decision.,Trent while being new to the Jackson owned dealerships will be a great asset.
Jack & Valle Higgins proud owners of (2) Kia’s, Telluride SX & Sportage.
We each thank you Trent

Here is some info pertaining to accomplishment of desired owned vehicle service activities for 2017 KIA Optima, as well as near-simultaneously and also owned possible sale of used 2011 TOYOTA Corolla Matrix to same TKK dealership in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, recently.
While finishing a minor repair/exchange on the interior latch mechanism covered by recall procedure on my Optima, I met Sales Manager John Prinzing with the intention of selling them my wife-inherited car for the amount of USD10,000, which Deb thought adequate / fair. After receiving days later a purchase voucher from Inventory Manager Devlin Lowry for USD7,000 and prior to that a phone instant cash offer of USD7,500 from We Buy Cars - Rochester Sell My Car, she still went for more offers engaging CARVANA (USD6,180), PENZ Subaru (USD5,000), and Kelley Blue Book (USD7,132) to which so far, she agreed to none; rather, she’s embarking into an online sales adventure of her own with the logical expectation to come even closer to her stated financial goal.
I must say she is going to encounter an uphill battle as she takes pictures, enters data via websites such as findcars.com, https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/103941732976595/vehicles/, etc., and converses at any old time with anyone showing the slightest interest in buying. I say: Leave it to the pros, they know what they are doing!
So, the first area of my review is also quite simplistic and requires very little explanation, as such WCS: Regular kids play hide and seek and one unfortunately gets trapped in dad’s car trunk; they can’t get him out, locksmith finally solves the problem and back to playing. Couldn’t KIA designers in the first place have anticipated that possibility and make it childproof (have you seen some of those meds bottles?), while still usable in a reasonable easy manner? I think so… Anyway, I got my second No-expiration, TKK-complimentary Standard Kwik Trip car wash card from Service Dept. Jason Norby / Mason Case, received once again as customer appreciation gift. Thank you, guys!
