Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

My first time taking my car in for service, plenty of staff at service desk to assist customers, no line. The icing on the cake is the demeanor of the reps, in my case Reginald. I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

This vehicle is large inside to carry just about anything. Luxury all the way. Comfort. Seating for both driver and passenger power, excellent. Handles like a charm. Safer than most cars. Easy view from inside to outside. Large fuel tank, awesome. Mechanically sound. Maintenance is very reasonable.

Abel again diagnosed my 2016 Z07/Z07 with issues that I could not guess right. I thought it was carbon build up from direct injection and they deduced lifter issue causing misfires that have grown worse. They are now doing a tear down to isolate the issue... and will again, do the thankless effort of dealing with the warranty company's painful lengthy process. John Flemming keeps me up to date and does the heavy time consuming daily correspondence and calls the shots. Their tech's are amazing and I am allowed to talk with them (which can take them aware from working!) that's a rarity.

I currently live in Oregon and attempted to purchase from the local dealerships without success. Chris Harding was wonderful to work with. I feel Chris went above and beyond and has outstanding customer service skills. He even facilitated get the vehicle shipped to me in Oregon. The transport driver Matt was equally as nice. I highly recommend calling Chris. I will refer all my California and Oregon friends to them.

I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.
