Excellent service , checked out car completely, found an issue gave me estimate which was fair , service rep was not pushy about me doing it while I was there for a recall and oil change , Said they could change my rear brakes in 1 1/2 hrs , said ok 1hr and 15. Min. Later car was ready vacuum, wash and windows clean . Will be back there for all my services . The best service department I have ever went to . Giovanni was great .
2020 Porsche 911 review
I used to own this C4S and it caused me freak out multiple times if I would take to the train station to get to work the battery wouldn’t work most of the times I got it replaced but it just wouldn’t work. Performance is great though. I wouldn’t daily it would though that’s why I switched the 2022 BMW M850i it’s luxurious it has decent power sound great stock an is very reliable and also looks pretty good. Overall get it if you have 2 or more cars don’t if this will be the only one.

The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.
2007 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
Although this car is not my everyday car (for that I kept my Toyota Corolla), it is definitely perfect for pleasure! Drop the top and take off. It is definitely luxury. It was very low mileage for a 2007, but very clean -- almost new -- and beautiful! It rides beautifully. Hugs the road and you cannot feel bumps -- so smooth! It does have a lot of power, though, so not for the faint of heart or the youngsters! The sound system is fabulous, too. Have been enjoying driving this more than I could have ever imagined. Cannot imagine ever getting rid of this car -- just wish I would have found it sooner! Actually pretty comfortable, too. Love the dual climate controls and the messaging seats. We are going to be driving it from Virginia to Iowa to visit my family soon and looking forward to the fun and frolic with this little beauty!

2011 Maserati GranTurismo review
Gorgeous Pininfarina body with Ferrari built engine and Maserati history makes it pretty compelling as a second hand purchase... a steal imho. My wife wanted my exotic to be an automatic this time around and I still have a tallish 13 year old at home so I needed real rear seats. The interior is on par or better than my Ferraris of old. Performance betters my Lamborghini Countach 5000QV in all categories (I had the rear wing which slows top speed) and it rides great unless you hit the 'sport' button which opens the baffles for great exhaust music but also tightens the suspension a bit. Due to COVID19 I have yet to take it on a long road trip, but pleasure rides have been fun. It is a 'GT' and not a full on sports car, so the high 4 sec 0-60 is plenty fast. I love the trident inspired wheels as well, subtle and stylish. It is a pretty big car being based on the Quattroporte's wheelbase. That makes it nice to drive on our freeways too. I think it is a great combination of grace and speed. I also think as the last of naturally aspirated Ferrari built V8s they will eventually be worth more than I paid. Originally I was looking at used Aston Martin V8 Vantages but their auto-manual was too jerky despite that car's gorgeous shape. The added useable 2+2 seating and true ZF auto with paddle shifts sealed the deal. I have not had any mechanical issues so far, but also haven't driven it very much due to COVID19 lock down. That said, my Ferraris in the past never gave me much trouble, so I expect it will be a non-issue.

And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
2024 BMW M4 review
Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

The car buying process at European Engineering was an easy and enjoyable process. The saleman (Dennis) was very helpful and a down to earth guy, not a sleazy salesman whose trying to get rid of the car. In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.
2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class review
My 2005 SLK 350 has 250,000 km and it runs very well and the body is clean (no rust). There is a small oil leak but that is to be expected for a car with this milage. Overall, I love this car.

2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
I've had my '03 SL55 since new. It was one of the 1st US delivery cars. 19 years later it still is a gem. Looks amazing, performance from the 500hp V8 is brilliant. I really haven't had very many problems during my ownership. The worst part is depreciation. Mine was $130K out the door. Since I am not planning to sell, I haven't lost a penny. The problem with depreciation is as they get cheaper to buy, the bottom feeders swoop in, but they can't afford to maintain the $130K car they just bought for $30K. This will leave fewer and fewer good cars. If the SL55 is on your radar, buy the best car you can afford, have it inspected by someone who knows these cars and be prepared to maintain it like the $130K car that it is and it will reward you like very few cars can.

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. Thank you to Kirk, Kevin, J.C. and Country Chevrolet. My wife and I are enjoying this wonderful dream car thanks to the efforts of a great Chevy team.

2005 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
A few concerns to address, the first is ABC active body control is a concern for this car. I own Phone Doctor in Frederick Maryland and hardware tech is my passion so I want to give my feedback. I love the classy lines of the exterior. The interior is equally elegant and tasteful without gaudy disco lights. I was mesmerized into test driving a 2005 SL500 because my daily driver is a 2001 Mercedes s600. The audio system is lackluster, next weakness is the headlights, but the biggest problem is the ABC (active body control) hydraulic suspension. The audio system is disappointing and leaves me feeling flaccid but I’m used to twelve inches of JL systems shimmed into my high school hoopties. The audio system is not the deal-breaker for this $90,000 machine. And the mediocre headlights can be remedied with aftermarket auxiliary lights. The biggest weakness is the high performance suspension system. Mercedes likes to call it ABC (active body control). The hydraulic pump, seals, and mechanical moving parts gets weak and loses its performance anywhere between 80,000 to 150,000 miles. It’ll cost just as much to replace the ABC system than it does to purchase your 2nd hand sl500. If you’re in the market for one make sure you have an extra $20,000 in socked up before you drop your drawers and plop $15k on your first SL500. A dream ride with one last caveat: This car will draw a lot of attention from single ladies!

2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. 2014 Ford Mustang review
Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

2013 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have a 2013 Grand Sport, I bought it 27 months ago with 14,000 miles, SUPR CLEAN CAR, 3LT, it has been nothing but a pleasure, looks and rides like a brand new car, have not had 1 issue with it. Very powerful for the base LS3, MORE THAN CAPABLE, I would recommend it to anyone who loves looks, style, comfort and Power. GM nailed it with the C6 platform.

2023 Chevrolet Camaro review
I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. I’m 71 years old and have had lots of cars including Corvettes’ but this is probably the most fun car I have ever owner.

2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class review
Great car, very fast, smooth, and quiet. Long doors can be hard to get out in a parking lot. The only thing I have a problem with is the electrics, setting the clock time, or resetting mileage. The car's phone is also out of date, and not usable.
