2006 Pontiac Solstice review
I got my solstice for only $5000 with 36000 original miles on it. Checked car fax and it had oil change less than every 1000 miles by one owner and was barely driven by most owners. I’m the 6 th owner. This car is prestine. I could sell it amd make $8000. But I love it too much to do that. It looks more expensive than it was. It handles and goes around corners like no other. I don’t think it’s possible to roll this car. I do not have a turbo in it, I would just get in trouble. 170 hp 5 speed manual id fine for me. The miles will stay low because I live in tahoe and it’s got to be stored for the winter months. This car turns heads. Downside, if I have a passenger, there’s absolutely no room for anything. It’s not a car I would take on a long road trip unless you were alone. I drive it nice so far just because it’s in such excellent shape. The weight capacity on it is under 400 lbs. so if you’re a big person with a big spouse, the car wouldn’t be practical. I’m 110 lbs and my boyfriend is 200 lbs and that’s about the max load... especially if he has groceries piled on him. Definitely not built for a wider person. If you’re tall the car does have ample leg room and height with the top up. I call it my fun weekend car. That’s what it’s for, for a nice drive on Sunday or to go out and have a showy car on a Friday and Saturday night, maybe a solo shopping trip too. It’s definitely a fiat weather car with the rear wheel drive as well.

2025 Ford Mustang review
I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

Because of my experience with George, I feel confident in my purchase, not just because of the great car I was driving off with, but because of the exceptional service I received. It's rare to find a car salesman who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, but this one certainly did. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with him—his professionalism and customer-first attitude made all the difference.
2022 BMW Z4 review
This car is really fun. Very nimble and quick. Purists will argue it's not a "real M car," and that's true. But it has more performance than I will ever need. Unless you are getting out on a track or you can drive on completely empty highways with no danger from the police, this car has more than enough. It is just shy of 400 HP. How much do you really need? Mine is the M40i configuration. One of the things that attracted me to this car was the appearance. I was looking at a used M4, but I could not get over the appearance of the front. Ugly as homemade sin. That left me looking at the last version of the M4, and there just are not that many around with lower mileage. But this car is beautiful. From every angle, it is just a stunning car. You can mark that as unimportant, but I look at the car every time I drive it, and I want a car that is visually pleasing. The current 4 series is downright ugly when looking at them from the front. My one gripe is the technology – too darned much! It becomes unwieldy. The settings are infinitely variable and the same thing can be done in many different ways, which makes it all the more confusing. Despite all of this superfluous technology, the one thing they did not add was a setting where the display panel would appear as a traditional dashboard with 2 main dials. It seems that that would have been simple given the amount of technology they built into this car. That is the primary reason for the 4 star rating. Another reason for 4 stars on comfort is the seatbelt. The seatbelt does not have that little xxxxxxx feature which enables you to click it into place so that it is not constantly pulling. As a result, it bites into my collarbone just a little bit. A first world problem, I know. I bought one of those plastic clips that prevents it from retracting the full way, and I use that from time to time. These are minor complaints. This is a really great car. It is not my daily driver, so when the weekend gets here, I am bending over backwards to think about places where I "need" to go. It is often too hot here in Central Florida to ride with the top down during the day, but dropping the top at night even during July and August will be great. This is just a great car and I am enjoying every minute behind the wheel.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. I’ve owned my Mustang EcoBoost Premium Convertible for a while now, and it completely shatters the old stereotype that a Mustang needs a V8 to be a "real" sports car. It is the perfect platform for someone who wants open-air fun without sacrificing premium comfort, daily drivability, or cutting-edge technology. The stock EcoBoost engine is already incredibly punchy, but the platform reacts beautifully to the right modifications. Adding the Ford Performance Calibration—which ups the output to a serious 350 horsepower and 402 lb-ft of torque—along with a Mishimoto intercooler completely wakes the car up. To be honest, this is exactly how the car should have come from the factory if Ford wasn't so worried about tuning it down just to keep it 87-octane compatible. Running it on premium fuel with this calibration gives you massive low-end torque, immediate throttle response around town, and a relentless pull on the highway. Opting for the Premium trim is a must. The interior materials are a massive step up, making the cabin feel like a high-end grand tourer. I am especially happy with the tech in this car. I absolutely love the giant digital screen layout. While some Mustang purists don't like it and prefer old-school physical gauges, I am someone who always embraces new technology. Sitting in the driver's seat makes me feel like I am in an airplane cockpit. Features like the active cruise control work excellently on longer drives. The only thing I wish Ford had included in this tech package is a Head-Up Display (HUD). Because it's a convertible, you do have to deal with open-air road noise, and while the factory B&O sound system is decent, to me it was really lacking—especially with the top down. Fortunately, the platform is incredibly rewarding if you like to customize, so I upgraded the factory audio to a custom, high-end 3-way active system while retaining the stock head unit. Now, even with the top down on the highway, the audio clarity is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a sharp, tech-forward sports car that delivers genuine performance, upscale daily comfort, and a brilliant platform for subtle, high-quality upgrades, the EcoBoost Premium Convertible is tough to beat.
