We walked into SM BMW only looking to test drive the new 228i. Knowing that we wanted a manual transmission, we knew we'd have to order the car. We planned to play a few dealerships against one another to get the best deal. After talking for a few minutes about what we specifically were looking for, our rep informed us they had a brand new 328i that fit the bill. We looked at it, and even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, it was exactly what we really wanted! We made out like bandits on the deal, as BMW's with manual transmissions aren't exactly what the average buying is looking for, but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The car is loaded up with all the options, and 6 months in we couldn't be happier with it. First service was easy to schedule, they provided a loaner car that was comparable to our car (automatic tho) and it was ready on time. I highly recommend this dealership, Achilles, our advisor, and BMW in general. This is my 5th BMW, but first from this dealership, I'm already planning on #6, and it will be from Santa Monica BMW!

I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. My dream car and easily the best car I’ve had. She’s strong and fast abut quiet enough to drive with grandma if you need to (just can’t lay into it). Obviously it isn’t a BMW or Audi, so the interior isn’t necessarily “state of the art” but it definitely well produced, easily functional, and moderately aesthetically pleasing. But we all know, know one gets this car for the material they use on the volume knob. I get head turns everyday and people absolutely love it. My favorite car and I can keep it until they tell us we can’t use gas anymore.

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

I owned several Audi's from S8 S4 A4000 5000T and RS-5, did owned also C63amg, BMW 535I, Mustang 5.0 etc. Bought it 5 years old with 60k miles. Since than i have it for 4 years. Regular maintenance, nothing else. Just let you know, this engine is a GEM. 4.2 NA 8300RPM redline its a rocket. Not fastest car but xxxx of the fun to drive. I deleted resonater did Stage 2 tune and car wake up like crazy. You dont need to do a tune, but it will make a difference on 0 to 60. Which my best time was 3.763 secs. LOVE THIS CAR. This forgotten model 2013-2015 will be instant classic, when time come.

However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.
