I have been buying cars for over 40 years now and Lou Forti at Boston Lamborghini is THE best! I am on my third Lamborghini here, first purchase was a new 2015 Huracan coupe a few years back, and I just picked up a new 2017 matte black Huracan Spyder 610-4. I also just traded in my Matte Black Aventador SV (it is currently in the showroom in case anyone is interested:)). Lou gave me his personal cell phone number right off the bat and he texts and/or calls back immediately, even on his days off. The manager there Rich is fantastic to work with too. Outstanding group from the people washing cars to the owner. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and spent much time going over the sale, cars involved ect. Gregg whom I worked with was personable, friendly and was full of vast car knowledge! The original person whom brought me over to see the Vette I was purchasing on day 1. He had just come back from school to work there. One of the most knowledgeable people out there on cars, what was for sale there ect. Car genious! Go there to get great cars at a great price.

This has been my dream vehicle for years and i'm happy i finally got it. My baby is in excellent condition. Both the exterior and interior are good and the performance has been mind blowing. I'm loving this.

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

The owner and the guys working there were all very friendly. The owner was professional, knowledgeable, and sociable. The test drive was excellent, different roads, road surfaces, and speeds. The negotiation was professional and easy. After I purchased the car and I got home is when the outstanding customer service showed me I had made a good choice. The car had a radiator leak; they told me to bring it back to be fixed. The next day the car was in their shop, and I was given a loaner. All was fixed completely.

High end interior and sporting exterior. Several complements in my first week of ownership. Probably the best all around vehicle I’ve owned. Why did I wait so long?

Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.

Recently had an oil change and as always had great experience. Very friendly personnel. Very clean place. My car was taken as it was scheduled, no waiting. By the time I had finished my breakfast at very cozy nearby diner the car was ready to go. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

First off all. This car is 100% gangster, legit to the core. The level of performance, curb appeal, and luxury refinement is unparalleled. Its the nicest car I've ever owned. Literally, every time and I mean every time I take it out people stop and stare, kids cheer, it turns heads. I don't know how else to describe it, but It makes you feel special when you drive it. The hydraulic steering is superb. The "I am Legend" pandemic runs I had in it we're amazing. Its like the more you push it, the more confidence inspiring it gets. It makes you feel like you are some kind of road boss, where you can just mob down any road or car you want; effortlessly. This is especially true when you put it Sport+. And the exhaust sound - forget about it! Its so bad xxx - super addicting. ** The one thing you must be careful of is: 120 mph feels like 30 mph. So you really have to watch your speed. It was designed to be an Autobahn ripper - so it has a way of "velocit-izing" you. It took me ~2-4 weeks to get used to driving it after coming off a Porsche 911. The hood is long, and its a big car. But it doesn't feel like it when you're driving it. The seats are very comfortable, which provides a sort of xxxx-pit like experience. Because of the moon roof, it helps to make it feel like there is more room. I used it as fun weekend car whenever the weather was nice. So could you daily drive it? Yes. But its not designed for city street driving really. As I alluded to earlier - its for traveling at high speed over long distances kind of car. The only negative side I have is that for city driving its not that great. Specifically, the transmission is jerky if you only do stop-and-go type driving at low speed under 15 mph. Its not terrible, but if I had to do this type of driving day to day, I would choose another car. Finally, for me, this car represents freedom. Freedom to lose yourself in the driving experience. Where you become one with the car, explore, and have fun adventures. As soon as I get in it - its like all of my problems seem to slip away. Its a very rewarding car, and I strongly recommend it.

Every day I drive the beast. It’s amazing, great ride,great outstanding performance and it’s a real head turner. Endless power, handling is off the charts. Shame it’s out of production.

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

Incredibly easy to schedule service appointments online, professional and courteous staff. My car was purchased at another dealership, but BMS was able to figure out what service was needed and that it was free. I received regular updates regarding the estimated time to complete. Overall a great experience.

This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

As usual I was very satisfied with the excellent service I received for my 10,000 mile oil change! A shoutout to Pat for taking the time to explain any.questions I had about my car....

It’s still to early to say I have only owned the car for 5 weeks. It does turn heads and I have had a lot of people wanting to take pictures of it. We will see what the future holds for this beauty.

I've owned 1969,1982,1991, and currently 2004 Corvette. Hands down the 2004 is the BEST corvette I have ever owned. I have 33,000 miles on it and it still runs great and everything works as it should.

Before I bought my LC500 I made a list of the things I want in a car and how I usually use a car. I wanted something that did everything well-handle, sound great, accelerate, ride, be reliable, not cost a fortune to maintain. I wanted a daily driver and I wanted the best car I could afford, not two cars-one for every day and one for the weekend. I don't track or autocross my cars' Though I occasionally drive "spiritedly" I don't drive at 10 10nths. I drive at least 50% on the highways and rarely at speeds under 45mps or in stop and go traffic. I settled on a GT, the LC500. I wasn't as interested in 0-60 times as I was in getting a highway star, a road warrior. The Mark Levinson audio system is the best car audio system I've ever heard. The interior is top quality, futuristic but practical and the buttons and switches look and feel top quality, are placed well and offer all the options I want while still being intuitive. The car has a 2 stage exhaust so if you keep your foot out of it you can enjoy quiet cruising and listen to the tunes, if you jump on it the staccato of that lovely 471hp V-8 cracking off F-1 sounding shifts at the 7300rpm redline raises the hair on the back of your neck! a hefty coupe at just over 4300 lbs. the rear wheel steering, limited slip diff and adaptive suspension make it feel smaller and it's quite nimble and toss-able and the 10 speed always knows the right gear to be in and how hard to shift. It looks really low but has 5.2" of ground clearance. The touchpad interface for the infotainment system can be distracting but there are several shortcut buttons for common commands and the voice activation is great. I'd never seen an LC in person until I took delivery and have to say photos don't do this car justice-the car is stunning! The Lexus grill doesn't work for me on all Lexus' but it works on the LC. I think this car is a future classic. They've made fewer than 10,000 worldwide so it gets tons of attention. I'm in love!

Chris was very knowledgeable and steered us thru the process of trading in my boxster for a macan. I miss my little sports car but thr macan is so much more practical and almost as much fun to drive. After all a prorsche is a porsche .Chris managed us thru a few glitches and steadily got us just where we wanted to go. All the people at chambers are first rate especially the service people joe and davit who are godsends. Wife needs to ugrade her 2018 panemara and i know just where and who we will turn to

I own the 2021 Lexus LC 500 Convertible and it is amazing to say the least. Words cannot describe this amazing car. I have owned Mercedes, Land Rover, Cadillac, and Corvette and the Lexus by far beats all name brand and luxury vehicles hands down. People look when you are driving down the road because they cannot figure out what kind of car it is. Price tag wasn’t bad on the car either when it comes to a luxury vehicle with all the top notch features.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

Service is outstanding. Took my 2017 Silverado in for warranty work and detailing. Both were finished early , detailing was unbelievable! Truck looks better than it did when it was new. Thank you Imperial staff.

I have bought 6 cars from Imperial over the years. The latest was my 23 explorer. Our salesperson was Ali Kehail. He was the best. He worked hard for us. I am not easy to deal with when I spend that much money. He made me feel very comfortable with the purchase through the whole process. He was very patient with me will all my technical questions, that I am not savy about. He has an excellent personality for a salesperson. We have always followed up with Imperial for all our routine maintenance and will do the same again. I would recommend Imperial but especially Ali if you are going to purchase.
