2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I absolutely love this entry level V8 Challenger RT. Reminds me of the muscle cars of yesteryear. I love it. It’s naturally aspirated. Sounds like a monster. Enema say relatively inexpensive if you buy a used one. Almost always have low mileage. Put a smile on my face every time I start the darn thing up. Thinking about stepping into a challenger scat pack widebody next. I’d like to try and find a way to keep both vehicles because I would just love to drive them every day without putting too many miles on a single one.

2015 Ford Mustang review
I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.
2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

2014 Dodge Challenger review
As an SRT8 owner this car is amazing to drive but not as a daily driver with less than 60k miles I already had to replace the camshaft, lifters & the entire transmission (nearly $20k). I would only recommend this car to those who really love the design and if you use it only as a weekend drive.

The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. 2014 Ford Mustang review
Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

2022 Dodge Challenger review
I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

2020 Honda Civic review

2021 Dodge Challenger review
Solid car overall. The 392 delivers strong performance and the Harman Kardon sound system is excellent. Only issue I ran into was the water pump, which is a known/common problem on these engines. Aside from that, no major complaints. A muffler delete really wakes the car up — highly recommended if you want better sound.

2015 Chevrolet Camaro review
This is a review of a 2015 Z/28 LS7 Camaro. I bought the car with 8500 miles on it. Have put a thousand on it in one month, I cant stop driving it because it is so much fun. I have scheduled to have the heads replaced , all Ls7's need this done so plan that into your budget. Do your research online about that and you will find all the info you need. The ride quality is not as bad as reviewers online would have you believe, my lady and i take road trips in sport mode and its fine. A car like this is not gonna ride like a Cadillac, its a race car. The interior noise is not a problem at all. The engine sounds amazing , the gearing is sooo tall its fantastic. The car has Mitchelin pilot sport 4 s on them so this is what I'm judging ride quality with. They are great tires on this car for all around use . Hope this helps someone !
