My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!

Had been looking seriously for a C-2 Corvette for over three years and following the Verrillo website for over five years. Had been looking nationwide and was hesitant about buying a car at this price from an unknown person at a great distance. With the recommendation of a friend who has been in the car business all his life, I decided to stop by. On a Friday afternoon I left work early to visit the dealership. I met up with Joe and after speaking with him he showed me a 1963 Daytona Blue convertible, it was beautiful! The next day on Saturday I made an appointment with Joe and Sunday with my wife to take a closer look and made a deal. What a great find, Joe and Sunday were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions in addition to all requests. Joe is a leader in the industry, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable. Very passionate about their business and extreme attention to detail. So glad I stopped by and being local plan on servicing the car at Verrillo and I would not hesitate to buy another car here. At first I thought they were a little expensive but after seeing what goes into selling a car and they make sure your car is close to perfect before listing it I don't feel I could have done better elsewhere.
