They got exactly what I wanted-no more, no less. It was a fair deal. Cassie was great working the finances. I picked up the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Cornelius went through all the bells & whistles with me. They stayed late to complete the deal when the car arrived. They worked around my hectic work schedule & stayed in touch throughout the deal without being pesky. Best car buying experience of my life!
I was in to address a carbon monoxide recall issue, so I'm not sure about the quality of the repair yet. I really was appreciative of the shuttle service since I had to leave my vehicle. Also appreciated the service manager's help.
I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! Recently went to jimmy gray chevrolet for the purchase of a new car which was much needed upon arrival my husband and I had prayed and there was the salesman jeff waiting at the door from there on the Lord started connecting the dots from the time Jeff got my information he took that ball and ran with it he went that extra mile over and beyond also charlie went continuously stayed on it he didn't let go before I knew it I received call if you've been approved music to my ears so I want to thank you guys again Jeff and charlie keep up the awesome work you guys do and thanks again for having my best entrance at heart glory to God. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.
Took my 2018 Ram 2500 in to have the radio fixed because it wasn’t functioning at all. Service department was super friendly and super helpful. They immediately jumped on it and tried to fix the problem. We ran into some issues getting a new radio which was absolutely no fault of theirs. My case was actually closed but DJ and the guys immediately reopened it and was able to get a new radio in a day or two. It was a long process again no fault of theirs but they kept me informed at all times and even gave me a loaner vehicle. Overall very pleased with the service there.
Since the drop down bar below refuses to allow me to choose the “service department” I want to say DJ was a blast to work with and very professional and kept me informed at all times. My only complaint is he didn’t give me a Dodge Demon for a loaner!
Repair beautifully done and FAST too. Got it towed there and it was done by late afternoon. They replaced the oil cooler which is not a trivial job.
