Really enjoyed buying a car here. Everyone was friendly, honest, and straight to the point. Emad was awesome to work with and definitely knows his stuff. Got a great deal on the car and they gave me a solid trade-in value too. No headaches, no nonsense just a really good experience overall.

I went to this dealership using the educator program where as a thank you for our hard work they gave us a free oil change and car wash. Booking this appointment was easy. They got me in the next day. They looked over my car to be sure I didn’t need anything else, too. I really appreciated that because I haven’t really thought about my car since the pandemic started. They even gave me a loaner car for the day! I was over the moon by that gesture! I’ve been loyal to my (other) dealership for nearly a decade and they have never once offered me a loaner and their appointments were weeks out.

Although we had a horrible experience in service two weeks ago, Casey S. made the trade in and purchase of a new/used vehicle awesome! He stayed well past closing to help finalize the deal and went above and beyond in every regard! I hope this review gets to his bosses because he is an exceptional salesman. No pressure, no schtick. He made the entire process effortless.

Xavier was the salesman who assisted me in the purchase. I had already scouted out some cars online. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the cars. They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Carmax in Henrietta, NY, specifically the salesman I worked with, Bill Zachary. Bill found for me exactly what I was looking for and made the process quick and seamless. Bill and the team at Carmax in Henrietta are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have purchased a number of vehicles from various dealerships and I must say that, overall, my car buying experience at Carmax in Henrietta was the best. I highly recommend Bill and the team at Carmax in Henrietta to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

D’Ambrosio is a great place to buy a car. I cannot say enough about Dave Baldwin. He has always taken the time to guide us to a great car. This is my second Mitsubishi from them. He was so understanding and patient with me. My daughters and I both appreciate the personal touch the dealership gives to you. Thank you again

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.

I flew in from out of state to purchase a used EV. Jon Levin was a great salesperson, he had the car completely charged and could not have been more helpful and friendly, even with the massive Saturday morning crowd. They offered various extra charges but didn't push when I said "no thanks" - so thanks for the great service and the great vehicle at a fair price!

He made everything easy to understand and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured.
