Everything was good. Everyone was super nice and unlike other dealerships we didn’t have to wait that a long time. There were no problems with having to make appointment to test drive. They had the car ready and everything. I would recommend this place.

2019 Dodge Journey review
I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!

Lake Norman HyundaiReviews
Lake Norman Hyundai review
I purchased a new Kona(2026) from Lake Norman Hyundai and worked with Ryan Ussery, who assisted me in the purchase. I must say it was a very pleasant car buying experience. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, which was really good for me because I could be pretty indecisive at times. So I thank Ryan for his patience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by another salesman named Richard Marsh, who was very kind and helpful. Richard was with another customer at the time but we chatted a little, and he asked me what model I was interested in. And he also mentioned that if they didn't have the exact trim or color I wanted on their lot, not to worry because they could locate it at another location. That's what I call stellar service. So Richard then introduced me to Ryan and that's how we were matched up. Ryan was patient, knowledgeable, and very very helpful. I was extremely satisfied with him and couldn't have asked for a better salesman - Kudos to Ryan. And finally was the finance guy whose name escapes me at the moment. But he wasn't as pushy as what I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. When I said no to any extras, he just moved on. That part I loved. I didn't even have to eat my lunch while in his office. But to sum all this up, my overall experience was a five-star rating. Thank you so much Lake Norman Hyundai.

Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.

Mercedes-Benz of ColumbiaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Columbia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz S580 from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Despite the 16-hour drive from Northern Virginia, it was absolutely worth it. The pricing was unbeatable, and more importantly, the service and communication were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Zac Nichols, the Sales Agent, and Danh Do, the Finance Manager, and they truly made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they understood exactly what I was looking for and provided the best service. There were no last-minute surprises, no haggle pricing—just a straightforward and smooth experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I know moving forward, I will always check their inventory first before considering any other dealerships. Thank you, Zac and Danh, for making this purchase a delightful and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbia to anyone in the market for a new car!

Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep RamReviews
Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2025 Jeep Wrangler with the help of the amazing sales team at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Mark Iodice and his team made the entire process fast, smooth, and pressure-free. They provided an incredible trade-in value for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness—exceeding my expectations by about $1,000—and were straightforward and honest throughout. Their online communication was top-notch—no excessive messages or spam, just clear pricing and financing options with no hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth. When it came to financing, John Millet was exceptional, completing the entire process in under 30 minutes—no exaggeration! He professionally presented add-on options without any pressure, ensuring a stress-free experience. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for great service, transparency, and efficiency, I highly recommend Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Well done, team!

Bill Luke Tempe review
Honestly, as far as car buying goes at a dealership, pretty decent. No haggling, not pushy, realistic. Really the only thing I ask. Otherwise Steve Bro, very chill guy. That’s who I worked with. So far, nothing negative to add.
