Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodbridge review
A week ago, I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from this dealership. My sales consultant was Allan and Finance Director was Zain. I am giving this dealership and sales rep a 5-star based on how easy it was to communicate, no hassle, up front and out the door #'s given and being able to have it delivered to my home. I made my purchase completely online and had access to the Allan and Zain through text, email, and calls. Would 100% recommend working with Allan.

CarGet MotorsReviews
CarGet Motors review
I drove all the way from Baltimore, MD, to visit Target Motors because they had the exact car I had been searching for online. When I arrived, I was incredibly disappointed to find out that the car had literally just been sold right in front of me. I thought the entire long trip was a waste of time and felt completely defeated seeing the vehicle go to someone else. However, the General Manager completely turned the situation around. Instead of just apologizing and letting me walk away, the GM stepped up to the plate and took immediate action to make things right. He listened closely to what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure I didn't leave empty-handed. He ended up putting together a custom order that got me exactly what I wanted without stretching my wallet. The best part was that he respected my financial boundaries and kept everything strictly within the budget I had set. The level of care and dedication he showed to a out-of-town customer was truly unmatched. These guys are slammed busy for a reason, so I highly recommend making the trip out here or leaving a deposit ahead of time so you don't miss out. It is a 5-star experience all across the board, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything!

Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of AlexReviews
Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Alex review
I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Lynn, the Service Manager, and her team at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. My experience with them has been outstanding considering the circumstances, and I feel compelled to share my story. After purchasing my 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on December 23rd, 2024, as a replacement for my totaled 2013 Nissan Rogue, I was hit with an unimaginable situation: my new vehicle was stolen just days later, on December 30th, 2024. To make matters worse, it was recovered on New Year's Eve with significant damage, including a busted driver's side window and electrical issues from the vehicle being hotwired. After submitting my claim to State Farm, I was advised to contact a Jeep dealership for the repairs. From the moment I reached out to Lynn, she was incredibly understanding and took the situation into her capable hands. She accepted the tow of my vehicle to the dealership on January 2nd, 2025, and assured me that her team, including their expert automobile theft recovery specialists, would take care of everything. Lynn went above and beyond to manage all aspects of communication with my insurance company, from estimates to appraisals and approvals, always keeping me updated along the way. While it was assumed that my vehicle would likely be deemed a total loss due to the severity of the damage, Lynn advocated for a different solution. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my Jeep was saved. The repairs, although delayed due to weather and parts availability, were completed with such precision and care that when I finally picked up my Jeep on February 13th, 2025, it ran like it was brand new. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by Lynn and her team were unmatched, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I am truly thankful for Lynn's support, her exceptional customer service, and the hard work of her team. Despite being incredibly busy, Lynn's commitment to ensuring that my vehicle was repaired properly and efficiently exceeded all expectations. If you ever find yourself in need of repair services - especially for automobile theft recovery - I highly recommend Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. I'm confident that you'll receive the same outstanding service that I did!

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

Heritage Hyundai TowsonReviews
Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Ayala was a great salesperson, she had multiple vehicles that I expressed interest in ready for a test drive as soon as I came in and even patiently defended my options from other interested buyers while I made my decision. The whole team: Ayala, Noah, and Christian, made the entire car buying process seamless and as stress-free as possible. A good, low-pressure, quick but not aggressively rushed experience.

Tom and his whole team made us feel at home. They took care of my kids while we worked on the deal. We moved from California to MD and they helped us get out of our miserable situation. We had a vehicle we bought in California that was draining us financially and they worked extra hours just to make sure we weren?t suffering anymore and got us into an affordable brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander. Thank you Tom, Dylan, and Renee. The other staff were amazing I just can?t recall the names but it was the desk manager and the GM as well. Thank you :) and the other sales lady who helped out my kids thank you :)
