This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Jeff at hyundai was very nice. I went to see what would be my options to release. He showed me exactly what I ask for and the information he gave me was helpful.

Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. Would recommend this dealership for sure they were professional and well knowledgeable on the process.

Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. Compass for life!!!!!

Eugene Pascucci “talked us through” several Pine Belt offerings which matched our checklist needs. In addition, Dave Kidd was also helpful answering our numerous questions and giving his experienced vehicle insight of considered vehicles. After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen. My son took a train and Uber to Pine Belt, went on a test ride, signed on the line, and hours later drove away to his home in NYC. The point of main effort for this note is to highlight the amount of time Eugene put into matching a customer to a “right fit” vehicle. Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep
