Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. Outstanding Service from Dave Zarzycki and Team My daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from out of town (Virginia), I was extremely anxious about the situation—especially with my little girl in tow and no plans to extend our stay. I knew I needed the issue checked right away before we could safely drive home. I brought my van to David Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glen Mills, PA, and was incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Dave Zarzycki. Despite the busy holiday weekend, Dave went above and beyond to help. I dropped the van off in the morning, and by late afternoon, Dave called to let me know it was all taken care of—safe and ready for our drive home. Huge thanks also to the technician who worked on the van—Tech ID: 995—for diagnosing and fixing the issue so quickly and efficiently. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for his work behind the scenes. Most shops wouldn’t even accept walk-ins during a holiday weekend, let alone prioritize them, but this team made it happen. I’m truly thankful for the care, professionalism, and exceptional service I received. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

I have been buying cars for years and I will tell you there is no better dealerships in the world. Everything from phone calls to sales to the execution of the deal was the best experience I have ever ever had. The receptionists were wonderful. The were courteous and so caring. My sales experience was with Jose. Absolutely the best. I called and asked for an "out the door" price and when I got to the dealership, the price was exactly as he stated. There were no games, pressures or last minute switches. He totally help me with every aspect of pairing the phone and setting up UConnect. However, I am not technically versed and when I had a problem figuring out the Car Play settings. Mike from sales was present the next day and on the phone with me. He solved my problems and took care of everything very professionally and friendly . Finally, the site manager was superior. He offered expanded warranty coverage with no pressure and had all the paperwork work completed quickly and accurately with a smile. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Their prices are honest and the staff is the best in class. Don't believe the pricing other dealerships who will state on the internet as being lower in price. I dealt with several and the reality was that the prices were not real when you went to get the "out of the door" price. Believe this dealership because they are just plain hones. I just cant say enough positive about this business.

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Chapman last night. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Everything from placing the factory order to picking up the car was a breeze. Ordering: I worked out pricing and ordered the car through email with Ashley Ryan (Thanks for everything Ashley). Chapman was $6K cheaper than my local Jeep Dealership. No deposit was required, and they didn't require me to finance through them to place a factory order. Waiting on Arrival: Ashley was always in touch. She would update me through every step of the manufacturing process, always keeping me up to in the loop on progress and delivery date. Trade: A few weeks before my Jeep arrived, I went down to Chapman to discuss trading in my old Jeep. One of the Chapman Sales Professionals, Kevin Brown, helped me get my appraisal and worked out a trade in price. Chapman's offer was very fair and higher than my local dealing. It was also competitive with the online car purchasers such as Vroom. With the sales tax savings I actually came out ahead by trading in with Chapman. Pick up: When my car arrived, I worked with Liz Marucci who got my car detailed and ready to go. She helped me set up my Uconnect, Satellite Radio and Jeep wave stuff. It was great not having to Navigate these set ups on my own. I did not receive this kind attentive full service from my last Jeep dealer. Liz made sure everything was perfect before I drove my Jeep home. Financing: For convenience, I had already setup financing locally but the financing that Chapman offered was identical to what I got from my local credit union which I have not seen from most dealerships. And last but not least, they offered me a ton of extended warranty and protection options once. When I declined, they didn't try to push any of this down my throat. Closing the deal and finishing the paperwork was simple and fast. A++ for the whole Chapman Team. Best price and buying experience. I will be going back for my next car purchase.

2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.
