Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.

I spent twenty years in the automotive industry and have established connections with many dealers and friends who are salespeople. After leaving the business, I've purchased two vehicles, both from Bernards. When someone asks me for help when seeking a new car, I always send them to the same place. Why? Because Bernards does business the right way! Thank you, Fleets, Jay, Nick, Mike, and everyone at Bernards for stepping up and doing the right thing after my warranty company would not. Now I have another story to tell when asked where someone should purchase their next vehicle!

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

Everyone who contacted me gave the impression that they were there to help me find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, I am not in the Forest Lake area and I am not able to take advantage of their services. I have purchased several vehicles from Morries in the past and trust the company.
