Bill was extremely responsive and very helpful. I switched to Dick Scott Motor Mall because I wasn’t getting the responsiveness I expected from the dealer I typically use. I really appreciated all the work Bill put in to make this deal happen.

My experience with Extreme was fantastic! The salesman (Jarred) was polite. I asked that we handle most everything via email due to my work schedule and he was respectful of that. He was not pushy. He always responded in a timely fashion. Answered all questions I had and made sure I got the best finance rate possible. I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely buy from Extreme and Jarred again. I could not be happier.

I want to show appreciation for my Salesman, Bryan. Everyone talks about the ease of the buying process but my compliment concerns a salesman who goes the extra mile to help resolve a problem after the sale. My problem was with Chrysler Credit regarding a vehicle that I turned in last December. Thanks to Brian, it was finally resolved after several previous attempts to resolve the problem directly with the financier.

Professional, knowledgeable, low key salesman and finance manager. Much more to my liking than what I've experienced elsewhere. I'll be back in the future.

LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Fiat of Lansing review
They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)
