Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I had a great experience working with Freddy Difo at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, honest, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. Freddy made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how responsive and patient he was — he answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and will take care of you, ask for Freddy. Highly recommend!

I arrived at the lot almost at closing time. The staff approached me immediately with a warm, welcoming smile. They patiently showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, maintaining a high level of professionalism that stood out compared to the other dealerships I'd visited earlier. Their positive demeanor at the end of the day convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer family and friends.

Kind, honest people with no pressure at all, and they have quality vehicles on the lot. The reps worked patiently with me to find exactly the car I wanted and put together a deal that fit my situation perfectly. This is the place I'll send my boys to without a second thought when they’re ready for their first cars.

Croton Auto Park review
I have found that buying a certified used car from dealerships to be hit or miss, especially if you are looking for something particular. Once I found what my son and I were looking for on Cars.com, I was pleased with the customer service and professional job done by the Croton Auto Park team in showing me the vehicle, and answering all our questions after we took it for a test drive. A couple of days later we finished up the purchase, and now own a great commuter car for my son going to college. The whole process was stress-free. Croton now has a new customer for future purchases, and I think it is great they use Cars.com as one of their selling tools.
2027 Dodge Durango review
Bought a 2027 Dodge Durango 392. All I can say is, Wow!! What a beast! And for $55k out the door, what a steal!! Not quite a second slower 0-60 and $40k cheaper than a Hellcat!! Love how it looks and drives. Zero complaints besides the cost of gas ;)

Ramos has helped me jump through at least five different hurdles to get the vehicle I needed. I certainly didn't make it easy for him, but nonetheless he has gone so far out of his way to make sure that I got the vehicle I needed, in my price range and in time to move forward with my deadlines. The search to get this car has been arduous and frustrating, and it all ended with Ramos. In case he or his managers happen to see this, thank you for going to far out of your way to meet me half way.

Great salesman named Ken Hodge! Delivered everything as ordered and kept a personal relationship that was greatly appreciated. The owner of dealership Vincent O'DOARDI personally over saw everything for the lease and return of my 2022 Dodge Ram Laramie. This personal attention to detail made my choice for my wife's grand wagoner a no brainer. Two vehicles in less than a month. You want the best service with a personal feel, chose BEDFORD DODGE, PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY! THANKYOU

Bill Volz's WestchesterReviews
Bill Volz's Westchester review
My 2016 Jeep Renegade, with 98k+ miles, was starting to need expensive repairs. So, I looked online for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that met my requirements and needs. I found such a vehicle on the Bill Volz CDJR website and made an appointment for a test drive. I was happy with the look, feel and specs of the vehicle and decided to purchase it. My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He explained all the details of the sale and answered all questions I had about the vehicle. The finance manager Elijah worked diligently to find me the best financing deal possible -- and it came with a great interest rate! When it came to signing the many documents, he went over each thoroughly and again, answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. I rate my overall experience at Bill Volz Westchester Auto as excellent. If you are looking for a new or used CDJR vehicle, I recommend you check out Bill Volz Westchester Auto on Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY

The bilingual staff here tailored their process to my needs, which I find really valuable when spending a lot on a new grand Cherokee like we did. Highly recommend this Dealership and it has been my best and favorite car buying experiencee

Meadowland of Carmel review
The salesman Charlie, was the most respectful salesman I ever had. He helped me find the car/SUV I wanted. The SUV i chose, has all the features I wanted plus even more. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. So many cars today are gray, white or black, but I wanted a red GMC Terrain with fog lights. He found it for me. I should add the dealer absorbed the last 3 months of payments on my previous lease as i ran out of miles. The entire experience was easy.

Working with Maikel Carmenati at Garavel felt like I was with family. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and available. I never once felt any pressure from him to purchase a vehicle, which made my experience that much more pleasant.

Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall review
The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Really great full experience working with Anthony buying my new 2026 Kia Sorrento at Duchess Kia! He was so smart when it came to the car I was buying and all questions I had. The service department at the dealership also goes above and beyond and is highly regarded! -Tonya
