Went to AL in Newtown Square, test drove a car I liked, but found another at the Exton site. Jordan, my salesperson drove with me to Exton. We test drove a Honda Passport Elite that met all my needs. Drove back to Newtown Square and filled out the paperwork. Quick process and helpful salesperson.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

I have always thought of the Durango as a sharp looking automobile. I had recently traded my 2012 Camry for a 2023 Camry but soon became tired of climbing out of the car, so I looked for something I didn't have to climb into, nor out of. The 2022 Durango GT+ (new) was the ticket. It had the ingress and egress I was seeking, the amenities the 2023 Camry XLE had, and the space to carry my two dogs, as well as people passengers. The vehicle is AWD, gets about 22mpg commuting to work, and around 25-26 on the Interstate and other highways. I love the quiet ride, the smooth suspension (yes, in town with crappy city streets and intersections it isn't as smooth as the Camry). The Pentastar V6 is our second experience with the engine which has never failed or had issues. The leather seating is comfortable, the AC works well, though the old R-34 was a better refrigerant. The UConnect 5 / 10.1 system with navigation, SiriusXM, etc is great, I just wish it had a CD player, yeah, I know I can stream, BT, or aux it, but I do like to play my CD collection too, without having to rip the music onto my phone... I'd buy it again!

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Recently purchased a 2021 challenger Scat Pack and was very pleased with the car and the service! Scotti our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We looked at a couple of similar cars and before test driving them knew the total prices for each, why they differed and the pros and cons of each car. The prices we were quoted was the final prices, nothing else was hidden! All the staff here were friendly and professional and the purchase was faster than i expected. R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.

My crystler Pacifica had multiple issues but last straw was after being back in a rental for the 2nd time in a week with young children in August in Florida I was getting really frustrated I took it back for 3rd they promised me it’s good. Next day no air driving to school and sitting in drop off lane They put me in a Durango. My only request was heated seats because I am a retired firefighter paramedic and it helps with spasms. I got the 2015 limited in a stone grey. This compressor stopped working about 5 years. It was fixed and no issues. My back suspension needed to also have a repair. I only have 50,000 miles on it. I use it for trips up north for family or splitting up car xxxxxxwith my ex. I love that it gives me the space of a van but it drives like my older 4 seat cab pickup. I like to be higher than everyone and still is very easy to control and park. I was in an accident right after Covid hit. The other driver took off most of the front 12 of my fender. I was hit hard they had him speeding and going at least 50. 15 over, I have a herniated neck and back from being a firefighter. I was not hurt at all. I did suffer a mild concussion and bruising to the chest from the airbag. By the looks of the Durango it looked like no one survived. So I give it an A+. Not an issue but annoying is the have the ability to change the automatic transmission to manual by touching to silver switches. Which are unfortunately hit by accident more then I care to admit then your pushing the gas and the car will just rev . To turn manual off u need to shut the car down. Makes it very dangerous sitting for a light and u accidentally hit it unknowingly. That needs to go.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.
