Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
Had a very good experience at carsmart. Anthony was very helpful and put me in the car i wanted fast! I highly recommend CarSmart. I had a friend suggest it to me and checked out the reviews online & decided to give it a chance. Very friendly environment and the sales people seemed very trustworthy. I have had a bad experience in the past with other dealerships and am very happy with my decision to come to CarSmart.

After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!
Dave went above and beyond to get the truck I purchased ready by staying late and making my pick-up go smoothly even on his day off. He had everything in order for a smooth and effortless pick-up of my new truck!!

Duane Anderson was a great salesperson went over the entire vehicle with me was patient with me waiting for my paperwork till the late hour of his day. Introduce me to the rest of the Taylor family and answered all my questions. Felicia’s internet response was quick inquiring about the vehicle. Juan the manager went over the paperwork theory. Called Dave White Acura with multiple electronic failures. Secured an immediate appointment and everything was fixed the next morning. In addition, they provided a loaner vehicle as a courtesy. Everything was covered by the warranty and car was picked up in spotless recently cleaned shape. Scott, provided excellent service
We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
