My husband, Donald had called Leckner at King George, Va . Dustin Russell answered the telephone call. Donald told him about several vehicles that we may possibly be interested in seeing when we were passing by on the way to Fredericksburg, Va. Mr. Russell took the information down after talking with Donald and then passed it on to Patrick Cole. When we arrived on Saturday morning , 3/24/2018 Patrick Cole greeted us with a welcoming smile. He asked our names and how we were doing! Upon Donald telling him who we were Patrick immediately recognized our names and informed us that he had been given the information from Dustin Russell. Mr. Russell came over and spoke with us and started working along with Patrick to help us! These young men were very helpful! They were both very polite and ready to work with us! They wanted us to leave that day with a car that suited our needs. We talked for a good long while, test drove several Jeeps. (1) was a 2017 Compass Jeep. (1) 2016 Compass Jeep (1) 2016 Jeep Renegade- Red!) Upon driving the Jeeps, we talked with Dustin and he made us a possible deal.. we thought about it and decided to leave and take care of the business that was necessary and said we would think about it. Several hours later, we returned, asked them the price we could get the 2016 Red Jeep Renegade. With the trade in we were offered and the price they gave us...............WE BOUGHT THE JEEP RENEGADE!! These young men were well informed and new what they were talking about when it came to the Jeeps. Polite, courteous, and very friendly. I bought my 2018 Challenger from the guys at Leckner Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The entire staff was amazing, I enjoyed every second of my experience. This dealership is like no other, it is not only transparent and realistic, but also clean and professional. Cam was my salesman and he was outstanding, he was honest throughout the entirety of my purchase, Jack also helped out and he couldn't have been more respectful. I also had the privilege of working with all the sales managers, Chris, Mickey, and Dustin. They all came over to introduce themselves and to congratulate me on my new car. There really wasn't a dull moment at all during the experience. It was very nice getting to know them. I will only be doing business with Leckner from now on. 20 out of 10 stars, hands down the best group of guys in a dealership. ANYWHERE!
I recently purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at Leckner. When I initially arrived at the dealership, Scottie sat me down and helped me figure out what exact vehicle would fit my needs. The sales manager, Dustin, walked me through the last steps of the process and I was in and out of finance hassle free. Definitely the easiest car buying experiences I've had, by far.
I was looking for a 4Door Jeep Wrangler; Granite Crystal, 75th Anniversary Edition; Jack Owens made it happen! We initially met in Aug, a deal couldn't be made at that time, but his patience was impressive, so I came back in Nov, when I could make a deal. Jack listened to what I wanted, never pressured me, never tried to sell me anything else. Jack & Mickey were great to work with. Worth the 56 mile drive from Richmond, HIGHLY recommend! Go see Jack! Mickey works magic with financing!!!
Came in to Leckner while passing through King George in our way to North Carolina. We found a Wrangler that had a very attractive price, after figuring out what we qualified for we went ahead and pulled the trigger. We drove on new Jeep on vacation and had a blast. It was also fun showing off to our family and friends on Thanksgiving. Chris Modesitt really made us feel valued and worked hard to get us the right deal. Chris and his staff are a fantastic group of people, they made the whole experience a fun time. If you are looking for a Jeep I'd start with these guys at Leckner in King George.
We just purchased a new Ram 1500 from Leckner in Chrysler in King George. This is the third purchase Chris Modesitt has helped us with and we would never buy from anyone else. This last one took a few months to get the deal worked out but Chris is always honest with me and goes the extra mile to help make a sound purchase for our family. The whole team is wonderful to work with. Chris's sales guy Adam Lyons came in on his day off to help us as well. We love our new truck!
Everyone I interacted with was positive and professional. Seth met me with a handshake when I arrived, and we parted the same way. Anyone can do a good job when things go right, your team made it work when there were challenges. Namely a dead battery and constant rain while trying to detail the vehicle. I was in the customer service business for nearly 50 years and it is easy for me to tell when employees are sincere with their interactions with me. Seth, Carl and Kate were always positive and professional, as was, I assume the used car manager that was on duty Saturday afternoon, but I regret forgetting his name. I will recommend Sheehy to family and friends without reservation and will certainly consider them in my next purchase.
For the first time ever...buying a car was a pleasure! Our salesman 'Z" was amazing
and so knowledgable! I can not say enough about his approach and about him...I did not feel.pressured at all which was not the case at other dealerships.
Also the finance officer was so helpful..again..making the purchasing of the car a pleasure.
I will most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, the dealership seemed very friendly and willing to help. I didn’t feel pressured or judged. They were willing to help and find similar types of vehicles I was looking for. I will keep them in mind in my future searches.

There are two things a business needs to stay be successful (translated: get and keep customers), integrity and value. Even though used car dealers get a bad rap, these guys at Maxkar are the exception to the rule! They have fair prices, stand by their machines and treat you right. I recently bought a very nice truck (2011 Yukon Denali XL) that is in premium condition except for a couple things that needed to be replaced. They took care of them and now the vehicle is golden! I did a lot of research before making the deal and their price was fair (if you are looking for a "deal" go somewhere else where the quality is not as good and the prices are inflated)... They worked hard for my business, and by taking care of the couple "issues" have earned my trust and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen. Go see Rafael and Moe...
I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out.
No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here.
After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go.
Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. Give these guys a visit, it’s well worth the trip and you’ll be treated with respect and feel at ease with some of the stress that comes with used car buying.
Ask for Brad and another shoutout to Brad and Mr. Sullivan himself for the outstanding service and getting me into a great car I can depend on.
From start to finish Sam Sayes provided Excellent customer service. From communicating what my vehicle needed for maintenance, to scheduling an Uber ride home, to keeping me posted on a repair and dealing with insurance, it all went smoothly and vehicle was finished on date he stated it would be. Could not ask for more! 5 Stars :)
Anthony and Pam did a very good job of making me feel welcome and taking care of my car and me after finding out of the extremely bad service I was given by another associate. My car was finished very quickly and I was able to look at cars and take them for test drives as Anthony helped me look at my options. Great experience.
