My experience in shopping for a used car was handled with the utmost personal care. Justin took his time in helping me make an informed decision and to be sure of my choice. He took his time in answering my questions and fulfilling my requests in the purchasing process. I am grateful for all that was done!
Made it back to Cincinnati and had a blast driving my new 535i. Fantastic car! Thanks for taking the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and a solid deal. I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception! Keep doing things the same and you will have many repeat customers. Thanks for the seamless transaction it was a pleasure!
While I didn't purchase my 328XI from Laurel BMW, I have used the repair facilities over the past two years and I have to say that this is by far the most professional and accessible shop I've seen in all of my years of driving. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, open and honest. When a repair is quoted, the price is right on the money and delivered as promised. Is it inexpensive to have my car serviced here - not at all - but since the staff is really on top of their game, I won't look elsewhere. Plus I can actually have an open and honest conversation with the service techs if I have questions or concerns - where else can you go to get that "plus"? I've dealt with mostly these folks and want to acknowledge them: Tracy Yeager - consummate professional and very, very good at what she does. Makes people feel welcomed and makes the customer feel confident in the staff. Seth - great tech - very open and very honest - highly recommend him to work on anyone's car. Bill - provides great conversation and fun to talk with while he drives me back and forth from the dealership/work - down to earth and just a good man to talk with. Bill Smith - met him twice at the dealership - seemed to genuinely care about how I was being treated as a customer and very easy to talk to. Most owners could care less about the customer as long as they're making money - my experience was quite the opposite. Openly said if there are any issues to feel free to contact him or anyone else to get issues resolved. Overall, just a great place to deal with!

Chris was great! Car was purchased site unseen and he was extremely helpful. He sent numerous pics of everything I asked for, warranteed the vehicle and helped get it transported properly. The transaction was completed in 3 days with delivery of my beautiful car. Great communication before, during and after my purchase.i I highly recommend this dealer.
While we have yet to experience the service department of Laurel BMW, that was the reason that we initially chose to shop at their dealership. We have heard numerous positive comments as to the quality of service that acquaintances have received and I am sure we will not be disappointed if the service after the sale is anything like the attention leading up to the purchase of our new 2011 BMW 335XI.We are very pleased with our sales person Roy Warren he was very attentive to my wants for this car, Mike Smith should be very happy to have Roy Warren as an employee.
I purchase a new 2011 328I coupe from Roy Warren at Laurel BMW in Johnstown, PA. Primarily done via email, the entire experience was very smooth with Roy working to ensure I did not have to make extra trips to Johnstown from my home in Maryland.
We drove a long way to work with Laurel BMW, and they were very helpful. They responded to questions quickly and delivered a great car as promised. Lovely dealership experience and fantastic car. Very happy I went.
It was fine. The reception person was condescending and very cold. The sales person was very nice, if you don't want their financing then there enthusiasm falls. They must get perks for that. I didn't get the car only because it got sold.
