Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fort LauderdaleReviews
2024 Polestar 2 review
We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

Mercedes-Benz of Coconut CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek review
I have purchased many Mercedes over the decades and my experience once again at Coconut Creek was excellent. Most importantly was the sales representative Fidel Araica who made the process go smoothly and all was as promised. He explained everything and was available for a couple returns to the dealership to explain some new features that I just discovered. The new 2027 has more bells and whistles than my previous 2023.

Mine was in a check up... Lisa ismy person.Shem= is pesonable, will find an answer and quickly.....leaving choices up to the customer...I almost left your dealer bec of your AI "people." At 83,000 miles, I was due for a check up. Your AI "person " called every morning that weekmfor 5 DAYS STRAIGHT.... I let it go that long until the last day i left a message at the manager's office saying I would be in soon...at 84,000 I made an appointment taken by a robot and when I got there Inwas not on the list. They took me and it was Liza who went over the details and had me out in no time,,,,, if it hadn't been my professional relationship w Liza, i WOULD NOT HAVE COME BACK AT ALL

2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, and it delivers exactly what I was looking for—performance, style, and modern innovation in one package. The acceleration is immediate and strong. The instant torque gives it a powerful launch, and the responsiveness makes every drive feel engaging. Whether merging onto the highway or navigating city streets, the Mach-E feels quick, controlled, and confident. Handling is solid, and the ride is smooth without sacrificing that sporty feel. It carries the Mustang character well, just in an electric form. The design also stands out—especially in classic Mustang blue—with a bold, athletic presence that turns heads. Inside, the technology is a major upgrade. The infotainment system is clean and intuitive, and the cabin feels modern and comfortable with premium touches throughout. I’ve driven other EVs like the Tesla Model S Plaid, Rivian R1T, and Nissan Leaf, and each has its strengths, but the Mach-E strikes the best balance between performance and everyday usability. Range has been reliable for my needs, and I’m already seeing savings compared to gas. Like any EV, charging takes some planning for longer trips, but it becomes second nature quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The Mach-E GT is fast, stylish, and fun to drive—exactly what an electric performance vehicle should be.

Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at Sawgrass review
Jesus and the entire staff were great. They got me a great deal. Highly recommend him.
2023 Rivian R1T review
I like a lot about this truck, but the backup camera is a real problem. I timed it on video at 10.8 seconds from shifting into reverse to the camera picture showing up. The federal limit is 2.0 seconds. It happens on software 2026.23 and newer, which Rivian says fixes its September camera recall. My truck backed into a pole when the camera didn't come up, and Rivian denied my claim. I filed NHTSA complaint 11770232. If you own one, time yours.

Mercedes-Benz of Coconut CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek review
I went in with my mom to look for a car for her and left with with GLA 250 for her and for me. Im not sure how they made the numbers work but they did. Everyone there was very nice and Mark our sales guy was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable to be in. My only disappointment and this isn't at the dealership directly its more Mercedes policies is they dont maintenance like oile change and tire rotations. That surprised me as I have driven cars of let's say lesser class than Mercedes and when you get a vehicle from them, the maintenance is included. Other than that my experience at the Coconut Creek Mercedes was top quality.
2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

Audi Coral Springs review
There is not enough room to express my admiration and appreciation for this facility. What could've been a stressful and catastrophic event was seamless, smooth, and professional. My AC failed mid-summer after relocating from another state. Audi Coral Springs quickly scheduled my visit, diagnosed the issue, and made repairs in less than 24 hours. They returned my car with a complimentary wash and check-up on all other systems. This event made committed me as a life-long Audi customer.

2024 Tesla Model 3 review
This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
From the moment we walked in getting greeted from April to make us feel comfortable immediately. We had the best experience with Cadillac auto nation! Abbi our sales guy made the entire experience so smooth. Answered all Our questions and made it the easiest buying a car experience ever. We were so lucky to meet the GM, John during our experience. This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us. The entire experience was eye opening with how you should be treated when you decide to buy or lease a car

We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. I highly recommend him!!
2022 Audi e-tron review
The Car is just great, but potential buyers beware. One problem is that there is no permanent roof sunshade. I purchased a Porche Taycan sunshade that stays in place with 12 clips, since they are sister vehicles. Living in Florida, the glass roof gets beyond hot and cooks the top of your head. Another issue is the chargeable miles. At 80% charge I get 245 "electric" miles, and at 100% I get just about 300 "electric" miles. Using the a/c, the radio, or head lights will eat up about 45 miles easily. Tune ups are expensive considering there is no engine. My first major tune up this year was $1,600, a lot more than expected. 4 year warranty is up in June, Audi wants $9,300 for 4 more years or 48K miles. I went with a third party insurer for 5 years/30K miles for $4,300. Too bad Audi doesn't have more faith in the quality of their vehicles.

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport and had a wonderful experience working with Max. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Max made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru! I truly appreciate Max's kindness, professionalism, and assistance in helping me find a vehicle that feels like the perfect fit. Thank you, Max, for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
2026 Lexus RZ 350e review
I'm satisfied with this car - it's very comfortable and economical. I'm tracking my kWhs and comparing the cost to what it would cost to drive the same number of miles with gas at 20MPG. It's a lot less. It's the lower level of the three RZ models, and it's all I need. It has just one motor and front wheel drive. If you live in snow country, you probably should get the RZ450e which has four wheel drive. For where I live - no snow - one motor and front wheel drive is quite sufficient. It's the same as I had with my previous ICE car. While the RZ550e has a lot of HP and can do zero to 60 in a very short time, those things are useless in everyday use. There is one thing to consider and that's how many S/W options the car has (I assume modern ICE cars have as many). It takes some time and study of the owner's manuals to really learn the vehicle and what you can do with it. From an options point of view, it's an iPhone on wheels. The only thing I regret is I didn't get the "package" that gives me digital keys. And Lexus doesn't have "Dog Mode" or self-parking. I wish automobile manufacturers would stop the performance push and advertise how comfortable the car is, and all the many S/W features the car has. It's much less expensive to put S/W features in a car than another motor. The Chinese cars have a lot more S/W features and the car is simpler and lower priced. That attracts a lot more customers than raging HP. Given the choices we have in EVs in the US, this one is a winner. I hope Lexus will, over time, provide S/W updates to give us additional features (Dog Mode being one).

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.
