2022 Rivian R1T review
This is the most ridiculous vehicle that I've ever owned by a wide margin, and while you can find a car that beats it in one category, taken as a whole, there is no close second for this Swiss Army Knife truck. You can take your lady to a black tie event in style, then load it up for some serious offroading and camping deep in the backcountry. My son's favorite feature is how it handles off-road, despite the modest tires; we often pass bigger traditional ICE off-road vehicles. If you are looking for a commuter, there are better value luxury EVs, but if you want one vehicle that does it all well, this is it. As for downsides, the top of my list is the servicing model. As a small company, you need to schedule far out. No calling to get a same-day or same-week service appt. like a legacy company with multiple local dealers to choose from. Luckily EVs in general don't need to go into the shop often.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

I bought a Ridgeline at the Orem location. The process was very professional and all of the staff were wonderful. I have one concern, however, and that has to do with the location for the windshield that I needed to have replaced. I understand that the windshield will need recalibration when it is installed, but does the location to do this have to be so creepy. I am an older woman, but even if I was younger I would feel uncomfortable meeting up with someone in a row of warehouses. Originally, I was told that this windshield change could be done at my home and that was wonderful to hear. Now, I need to go to a location to meet up with someone I don't know and wait for at least two hours while the windshield is installed and calibrated. This is my only complaint. Everything else at the dealership was great.
2026 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
Our 2026 Ioniq 5 SEL is absolutely awesome! It has all the electronic accessories I wanted, including long range, lane assist, IPedal, and the ability to charge anywhere. It is much has more power than I ever expected from an EV (far more than my previous Toyota ICE. And with incentives, the price was the best out of all similar vehicles.

2026 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I do not enjoy buying cars, in fact I dread the whole process. That being said, my recent experience buying through Ken Garff was surprisingly pleasant and pretty painless. They were very straight forward, didn’t pressure me to do things I wasn’t interested in, didn’t waste my time and I actually got a better price than I expected. This has never happened at any dealership I have been to before. I really appreciated that!! Grace did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my car and helping to get everything ready so I could get in and out and quickly as possible. This is the second car I’ve purchased here and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again if I don’t have to.
2023 Tesla Model Y review
Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

They looked like great trucks and were decently priced, so we went out of our way to drive out to this specific dealership, and test drove a few vehicles. Aidin was our salesman, and was happy to help us from the minute we got on the lot. He asked what we were looking for and what was most important, and gave us a few more suggestions for trucks that fit what we said, that were within our budget. He let us test drive several trucks and when we found what we thought we wanted, he let us run a few errands in it to get a real feel for it. Aidin found me my dream truck! It was everything I wanted and more, plus it was a great price. We had looked at quite a few trucks over the last few months, trying to find what we wanted, but a lot of things were just way too overpriced. I didn't want to pay more than what a vehicle books for, and we didn't have to look very far after coming here. Their vehicles are fairly priced and I liked that they were just straight up with us and didn't make us have to haggle for a fair price. We got a decent trade-in for our vehicle as well. Aidin was wonderful to work with and was on top of everything. We had a busy day while we were down there, and he was able to text me some of the paperwork that needed to be filled out, so we could run to my son's basketball game, and then when we got back to the dealership, he had everything ready to go. He made sure we were well taken care of while there, and has been great with following up with us. He helped us order new tonneau covers for my new truck and one of our existing trucks, and he is working with me to get scheduled to come in and get my truck bed lined. After looking at some other places, I feel these guys have great prices in their service department too, and do good work. After working with them on purchasing my new truck, I'd definitely trust working with them again. We're looking at purchasing some more trucks for our business, and we will definitely go back to Aidin when we're ready for that move. We had a great experience overall, and these guys have definitely earned our business!
