I’ve bought several cars from BMW of Austin. Troy is the best and always helpful. It was a great car buying experience and they made it very easy.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Collin did an awesome job. Greeted me with a smile and with a firm handshake. He treated me as if we were friends. Collin was very knowledgeable and helped make my decision a lot easier. Was able to take the car home and keep it overnight to show the car to my wife. Brought it back the next morning and decided to buy the car. I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I just purchased a a used Taycan 4S from the dealership. I found the entire experience to be very positive. They had the exact car I was looking for and at a very competitive price compared to my home state California. The sales representative did an excellent job at showing the car digitally in detail giving me a comfort level to buy the car unseen. As a concession the dealership is covering the transport to my front door. The communication from the dealership on updates of delivery has been great. I would highly recommend this dealership and the car speaks for itself!

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Have bought 4 cars since 2015 from covert cadillac. Its nice to see the same faces there everytime. Great experience everytime. Even the receptionist and the ladies who handle the paper work make you feel like a million bucks. I have seen the same faces for years. To me that says something about this dealership.

When I decided I wanted an electric vehicle, I set out to do my due diligence.  After months of research, I had a list of 5 cars.  The Polestar 2 was third on the list.  Truth be told, my top two choices have not arrived in the US, and I am in need of a car come summer, so I went for a Polestar 2 test drive.  I really liked this car on paper, but we know how that works sometimes.  Still, I went into the test drive with excitement.  The car actually exceeded my expectations.  But I will write a review of the actual vehicle once I take delivery this summer.  I opted for the Plus Pack, the ventilated Napa leather seats, and the Pilot Pack.  I'll let the readers of this review research the Performance Pack and decide if it is for you.  What I wanted to review more than anything else is the excellent test drive experience I had thanks to Nick Olson.  Nick is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are second to none. He explained, in great detail, every aspect of the car inside and out before the test drive. While I was driving, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. After the drive, we went over the specifics of the cost and I decided to order the car. As I was leaving, I asked him for a business card. I was shocked when he stated he doesn’t have one yet because he is new to the company, and he’s not a salesman yet and only does the test drives. Nick is not a salesman?? What??!! Then Polestar needs to promote him to salesman right away! He is phenomenal. He was articulate, professional, and funny. The best thing was that he did not pressure me to buy anything that I did not want. Polestar needs to hang on to this guy and promote him up the ladder, for I have a feeling no matter what he does professionally, he will excel. Thanks Nick! You were awesome! I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! The dealership staff was very friendly. My salesman was knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. He did not try to up sale me on anything, and has checked in with me a few times since the sale. This is something lacking in a lot of dealerships.
