We drove 1 hour to Feldman Chevrolet on Saturday already having a bad experience trying to buy a car from another dealer the day before. So, we went in with low expectations simply hoping to make it a quick process so we could leave with a vehicle without the hassle. From the very moment we stepped foot inside the door, Marc whisked us to his desk apologizing for our previous bad experience. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the vehicle that we wanted AND that we had a good experience. We already knew the exact vehicle that we wanted and when they learned that they did not have it in stock at their dealership. They called every dealership in their fleet to find the one we wanted. When they couldn?t get it delivered that day they offered to deliver it directly to our home and wanted to ensure that we could get around for the weekend so they offered us a loaner car. Once we had everything settled Adam took care of our financing. He made the process easy (well as easy as buying a car can be). He explained everything we signed and ensured that we were well informed and navigated through the process with ease. At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.
