2024 Honda Prologue review
We bought this car on December 30th of 2025, with 41 miles on it. It was being sold as used because Honda had sold/leased it to themselves to collect the $7,500. By the time we bought it, it was down to $26,500, an incredible $30,000 discount. I'm saying this because it also is the basis for how happy I am with the car after $4,300 miles. We have had one trip to the dealer to replace a blower fan and will soon take it in for some big software updates. We have not experienced some of the issues (yet) that other people report, but we have a Honda warranty that takes us almost 8 years and 100,000. From my time on the Prologue forums, there are good dealers and bad dealers, just like any other car. Being that the Prologue is almost an orphan car (discontinued and not to be replaced), I think that it's important to find a good dealer who will stand behind the product. Now for the car: We are very happy overall with the range, the ride and the acceleration. I would say that some of the interior trim could have been upgraded a bit and I see some minor flaws in some of the trim and panel gaps. At this point I am going to say I almost love the car, but it's still early. It has sold us on having an electric car, especially with the price of gas today! I have calculated that with the price of electricity where we live in South Carolina, we are paying about $.04 a mile. If I was buying now, I would take a long look at a low mileage (probably CPO) Prologue and and stop losing $5-600 a month in depreciation.

2021 Tesla Model S review
purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I've driven the Model 3 for three years and overall would recommend especially for people who can charge at home. The fuel savings is significant. I like the size. It's roomy on the inside like a midsize car while still being fairly compact and easy to park. Visibility is excellent especially with the side view cameras that turn on automatically when signaling to change lanes. The not-so-good: getting in and out might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. While the car is quick, the handling feels sloppy when turning at higher speeds. Overall, this car has totally sold me on EVs. I don't want another gas car ever again, but I doubt I'd get another Tesla. There are other good EV options available now.

2018 Tesla Model S review
After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!
2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.
