I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

The Zoom dealership is a very very professional establishment no pressure in buying an automobile honest information about their automobiles. They real work on getting you into an automobile. After the purchase they check to see if your happy with your purchase. I definitely suggest someone to check out their establishment if your really interested in getting an automobile.

I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

I was car shopping and was immediately contacted by one of the sales reps and we spoke fr a few days befor I came from out of town and purchased a new car for my wife, the guys were good to me and honestly didn’t even feel like I was at a “dealership”, rather a friends house. Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. $35/month bump in electric bill, $220/month saved in gas. Smooth ride, all the modern touches. Took a bit of getting used to not having a spare tire, but I could lug one around if it was a deal breaker. (The flat repair kit and roadside service say it isn't.) Love the adaptive cruise control, but sometimes it gets fooled when I move into a turn lane, so I tap the brake before that move. I rarely commute more than 50 miles a day, so no issue with charge. Took a 380 mile round trip and had no issue planning the ride to meet a Level 3 charger en route at lunch time. There are numerous apps for that. I added a home Level 2 fast charger for under 1k, and jumped on a discounted rate plan, so it's always at 80% when I get up in the morning. I like this car much more than I thought I would.

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.
