RAY the salesman absolutely excellent I absolutely hate car salesman and RAY was amazing attitude business sense very polite very understanding. I would highly highly recommend RAY as your sales person. The finance manager, that?s a whole different story cocky arrogant did not get along with him at all. If you are looking for a car from BMW Henderson, definitely contact RAY.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I recently visited the Audi Dealership in Las Vegas on Sahara and what I thought was going to be nightmare turned into an amazing experience. I thought I could fill my AdBlue (DEF) on my own and it should be simple, it wasn't and I was scared that I wouldn't have a car in the near future if I didn't get it fixed ASAP. My service tech Kai was amazing and great. He took the time to understand what I needed and helped me figure out. All of this while I have my 3 boys with me. We had just purchased our 2023 Sorento and I stopped in without a appointment and Todd in service said give me a bit and I’ll get your mud flaps installed While I was there car had a recall on it and Todd took care of that also. I was out of there in a little over an hour. Great customer service.

Overall an amazing car. 36,000 miles in just over 1 1/2 years (about 2,000 miles per month). Handles wonderfully, zero repairs so far. Gets 3.5 miles/kW on average in the NYC area - worst in winter, best when using no heat or AC in stop and go driving, but 3.5 is the average. Points taken off for reflective surfaces in the cabin that can blind you when sunlight hits them at the "right" angle. Some stupid head-unit and HVAC quicks (which car doesn't have them?), including settings that -should- stick when re-starting, but do not, and poor control of instrument lighting, which is not consistent across the dashboard. Lots of cargo space with rear seats folded down, and ample legroom in front AND back for passengers. So, I do love the car and love driving it. Would easily consider another Kia EV in the future.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Amel Sinanovic the Service Advisor was great to work with, unfortunately my truck required repairs over the Christmas holiday while I was traveling to relatives in Las Vegas. He was very upfront and communicative on the diagnostic and eventual repair process. The truck was delivered the day before Christmas, he expedited the diagnostics to be completed the day after Christmas with the repair and delivery of the truck completed the following day. If I lived in Las Vegas I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to Towbin Dodge Ram, especially with quality people like Amel Sinanovic in the Service Department.

Great car for trips around the city. A blast to drive. Good range. Maneuvers really well in tight spaces. I’m 6’ 2” and there’s plenty of room in front and back seats. Easy to charge. Inexpensive to maintain. However, the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. Back up beep is way too loud and annoying. Not worth the price unless there are substantial state and federal incentives.

(The only disappointment about this vehicle so far is, and this has nothing to do with Honda West: It is not possible to change outside temperature from �F to �C like the Canadian model and many other vehicles sold in the United States. If Honda has a way to do it without voiding the warranty I will highly appreciate to hear.)

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

We went into take a look around at some cars and was immediately greeted warmly by all the staff at Ford Country. We decided on a car that we liked and wanted to learn more about the offer and financing available to us. We had the pleasure of working with Voya, who spared no shortage of courtesy and care when it came to taking care of us. He was very helpful and friendly, discussed our options, which we liked so we decided to buy a limited Ford Explorer! He saw us thru the entire process and is still going above and beyond to make sure that everything is going well with our new car.
