Sapaugh Service Dept always goes above and beyond servicing my vehicle. We have purchased several new vehicles from Sapaugh and will continue to do so.
2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

2019 Tesla Model 3 review
I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Recently had brakes done on my Canyon. Haley was service under writer. Was extremely happy with how she handled everything, very polite and professional. Noted on paper work of an oil leak, already had extended warranty approval and loaner arranged, just needed to make the appointment. Thanks to everyone

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

Barry Brash was the absolute best person to work with! Very nice and knowledgeable without being pushy. Helped me find the automobile that I wanted and always kept me in the loop!
2026 Toyota Tacoma review
Leased a 2026 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 from Ganley Toyota in Akron, Ohio. Color is Underground and Boulder interior. Truck drives great. Spacious cabin, although the back seat looks like it might by slightly cramped. Came with a bedliner as well as running boards, which I really appreciate. Not really great on gas, but it's a mid-size truck. Everything feels sturdy and not cheaply made. Display screen is nice and crisp. Same with the backup camera. Has all the standard safety features (lane assist, cross traffic detection, dynamic cruise control, blind spot detection). Highly recommend the truck! The dealership was wonderful. Our salesman, Darwin Nealon, is a awesome!

John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. Had a very good experience with Napleton Honda salesman was great also will definitely buy from again. The facility was very nice and located easy to access the interstate from.
2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Toyota is just a great brand… My new Tacoma eats a little more gas than my previous one, probably because of the turbo. The performance, however, is great! It’s very comfortable, I notice it the most on long drives. I find the nighttime visibility really good compared to any other car that I’ve ever owned: The tech is okay but I want a lot more.

We had a great experience from start to finish. The team took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us find a vehicle that checked all of our boxes. There was never any pressure to buy?just honest guidance, patience, and helpful answers to our questions. We truly appreciated the relaxed, customer-focused approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.
2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the Tungsten trim level and it’s the ultimate luxury pickup truck! The only thing I would recommend is to have a rear seat zone heating and air conditioning system. There is not enough air flow in the rear seating.
