The people there are great , very kind and inviting . We had mike as are salesman he is very friendly , kind and helpful. Maryann in the finance office was also very kind and helpful with helping us make the purchase on a car for our son . Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Not a great experience our first visit. Told a friend from work who loves Gator. He spoke with his contact there who hooked us up with Allen. Absolutely no complaints with him. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Definitely feel he advocated for us to get the best price.
I have purchased three cars here, mostly because of my convenience and because of the type of vehicles available. Buying a car is always painful and one never feels that he is walking away totally satisfied (because of price, trade-in etc). Still, I probably got the best deal that I could and likely could not do any better anywhere else. My recent purchase of a Jeep illustrates why the experience is not always perfect. On this visit, the staff was helpful and efficient. They worked with me to realize the best discount options. Don Esindu was very frank, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. He is an asset to your organization.
