2024 Ford Bronco review
4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.

The engine in our 2015 Mustang Ecoboost started to make a rattling noise so I pulled over and shut it off. I towed it to the service center and filled out the drop off form to have it looked at. Despite the note in all caps to NOT start the engine, the technician did anyway and the engine seized. Two cracks were discovered in the block afterwards and the extended service company SilverRock was contacted. The turbo was also showing issues and after review, both were covered after pictures and diagnostic logs were sent in. Kate was amazing throughout this entire process, even replying to me while being out sick (which I was not aware of and would not have contacted her if I had known) to keep me up to date on the progress. Eventually the repairs were made before the estimated date and my wife’s baby was delivered back to her as a surprise from me.
2024 Ford Bronco review
Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.
