Used 2025 Ford Bronco for sale near Brookfield, IL

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

As someone who had never purchased a car on my own, I was honestly nervous going into the process. From the start, Jon Leicht put me at ease! He was patient, respectful and took the time to answer every question thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed. His professionalism and calm approach turned what I expected to be stressful into a genuinely positive experience! I’m grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy salesperson salesperson.

Fast, efficient, friendly, wonderful, second time buying from this dealership. I highly recommend Denise, she is wonderful and Dennis in finance was great whole thing took 2.5 hours and we were off the lot smiling.

We had an issue with the carpet in a new vehicle but they are working with Ford to address it. I was very satisfied with the service.

Anthony, Kaitlyn, and Brian were great to work with. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Anothny and Katilyn were efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Kaitlyn.
