i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

He has the rare trait in car sales of being honest with you about what he can and can't do for you, he won't tell you what you want to hear to get your money, he would rather build an honest relationship so you will go back to see him time and time again, as well as sending your friends and family to him.

I went to the dealer for a quick oil change. I was asked by the service guy Don if I had appointment, I did not. I asked how long the wait,he said under an hour. He said he could do it right away.. Had the vehicle in and out as he said. Great job Imperial Ford service team..
