First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

My wife and I had planned a long RV trip from Austin to Kentucky and Missouri to do genealogy research, listen to bluegrass music, sample some Kentucky bourbon and Missouri wine, visit Quilt stores and caves. I took my 2010 F-250 in for suspected ball joint and related issues and told Service Advisor Anthony Vento when our trip was planned. He assigned an extra worker to the job. It turned out to be a big job with side issues that I verified to be correct. Yes, we had our truck in time for our trip even though it was a close call. Thanks also to mechanic Rudy (that's the only name I have) and to all the folks that worked on my truck. Had I not had Maxwell Ford making the repairs my wife and I would not have even made it out of Texas and might have had a serious wreck. We logged 4,700 miles pulling an RV and had no problems whatsoever! Thanks to all that helped, it was a great trip and we accomplished all our goals!

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. I have always hated the whole car shopping experience. I only purchase used cars out of personal preference and had looked for a good while at different car lots and dealerships and always felt as if the salesmen viewed me as unintelligent or were just extremely pushy. I found the car I purchased through Inifinity Austin through a website and went to look and testdrive. I was introduced to Dana, a salesman there, and he promptly took me out to the car to look over it all and go for a drive. Never once did I get that awkward feeling that tends to come with having a saleman around. Dana stood back and let me look it over and let me ask the questions, which I greatly appreciated. Never once did Dana prompt me that I needed to act on purchasing the car that same day and didn't harass me the following days. Now I was the one that stopped in 5 different times throughout the next week to look at the car more and test drove again to "make sure she was the one". Everyone at Infinity Austin was very patient and helpful each time I dropped in and Dana, especially, has the patient of a Saint to deal with my indecisiveness. When I made my decision to go through with the purchase, they made sure that everything was in working order (back AC blower had gone out and they fixed, which is rare for used car sales!!) and gave it a wash. My overall experience was very smooth and as pleasant as signing a huge check can be. I am hopeful that Dana and the Infinity Austin will have another great used car option for me when it comes time for me to get another! I highly reccomend going to them if you enjoy and prefer not feeling pressured. Be sure to ask for Dana Woodbury!!

This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! We could've chosen any other Hyundai dealership, I am so glad we chose to return to Patrick and his supporting cast! In & out in less than an hour! We just purchased a very low mileage former rental car from Mike Lacy at Driscoll Motors. I can't remember a more pleasant car buying experience. They are truly no haggle which is wonderful! Mike knew the history of the car, encouraged us to hire our own inspector (Auto P.I. - they were great as well), and was completely pressure free and laid back. Auto P.I. recommended rotating the tires and said it was time for an oil change - Driscoll did all of that and we were ready to go! We would definitely recommend Driscoll and Mike to anyone looking for a car.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Let me start by saying I was not planning on having to buy a new car at this point of my life . I have looked at five or six different dealerships within a 50 mile radius of my home in Pflugerville , Tx. I am not an easy customer to deal with in an issue like this because I really just did not want to buy a new car ! The greeting at the door the friendliness of the staff and the patients that everybody had with me as I was trying to make a plan to find something I could be happy with .... was / is outstanding ! I am on a budget I did not want to go out of my price range the finance department did everything they could to work with me on that and my salesteam did everything they could also . I have been in tears a few times during this process because as I said I just did not want to get rid of my car ! I haven't had a car payment in about 25 years I just could not justify that but now push came to shove myself into a new car! Trying to work around my work schedule also was a huge issue and each day that went by as we work through the steel they were more than willing to work with me and continue to work with me as we are going forward . Final steps of signing on the dotted line is happening and I am ever so thankful that it is happening with this dealership ?????????????? Five stars and then some is what you can expect from the service and the team with Southwest Kia ! I am amazed how Santa Claus has fit this whole dealership into his gift bag and brought it straight to me in the format of this experience 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I had been looking for a Jeep to purchase for my son for his 16th birthday so he can drive to/from school and work. These cars are plenty, so the search was fairly easy. What I found to be very difficult was finding a good dealership to purchase the car from. I had paid for one in Dallas that was described to be like-new, but after flying there I found it to be beat up and abused. I flew to Dallas to find this out, a loss of a day and about $850 due to dealership dishonesty. I found that the (somewhat) local David McDavid pre-owned auto dealer had a white 2011 Jeep and I made an offer that they accepted. I worked directly with Jared Cole, a very nice and very professional individual. When we test drove, it had the ENGINE light on, I told him I'd not purchase with that light on. They looked at it and informed me it was related to the air bag and it needed a software update. It test drove w/o incident, so we purchased it. The next day after driving him home we walked out to go practice parallel parking (remember those days?), we made it down the driveway before the engine started to steam....all antifreeze escaped the car. I obviously wasn't happy, but Jared said he'd take care of it. A few hours later (I live in the county) a tow truck showed up and it was towed to the Jeep dealer. It was found that the thermostat was faulty, causing the car to overheat. It was quickly fixed at the expense of Acura and Jared/Zach drove it back out to my home to deliver it to me. My wife and I had planned a long RV trip from Austin to Kentucky and Missouri to do genealogy research, listen to bluegrass music, sample some Kentucky bourbon and Missouri wine, visit Quilt stores and caves. I took my 2010 F-250 in for suspected ball joint and related issues and told Service Advisor Anthony Vento when our trip was planned. He assigned an extra worker to the job. It turned out to be a big job with side issues that I verified to be correct. Yes, we had our truck in time for our trip even though it was a close call. Thanks also to mechanic Rudy (that's the only name I have) and to all the folks that worked on my truck. Had I not had Maxwell Ford making the repairs my wife and I would not have even made it out of Texas and might have had a serious wreck. We logged 4,700 miles pulling an RV and had no problems whatsoever! Thanks to all that helped, it was a great trip and we accomplished all our goals!

This B16 service (oil & filter change - tire rotation - rear differential fluid change) was in response to the code warning displayed on my 2014 MDX. During the multi-point inspection it was discovered that a new engine air filter was needed, along with fuel injector cleaning. Since I was not waiting at the dealership, the additional work was notified by convenient text message and was authorized through the text app. Upon my return via dealer-supplied shuttle, my car was ready to go. The total time was approximately 1-1/2 hours. David McDavid Acura Austin has handled all servicing since I relocated to Austin 2 years ago, and has never disappointed. Service Consultant David Chessmore coordinated this latest visit, and I will ask for him in the future.

In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

Drove a Ford vehicle everyday for the better part of 30 years. LTD, Crown Vic’s and Explorers That took abuse from fleet use and never quit. Transmissions typical Ford but they lasted 100000 miles or better. This Edge by far comfortable, adequate power and smartly styled. Excellent value for the money.

2017 Ford edge titanium , had to replace tires before 30000 miles. Took on trip and whole radio, GPS, touch screen quit working. Button s below would not work either. Driving thru snow storm and can't get defrost to turn on. Very scary. Called Ford for assistance and got someone over seas. Told us to contact our dealership, was told not a safety issue for recall. Really!!!!! Was told to take to a dealership in AZ. And leave so they could look at it, no rental or loaner car. I'm like thousands of miles from home.

KP Kirkpatrick in the Service Department is one of the best Service Consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He handled everything for me from the smallest details to the bigger issues regarding what needed to be done in getting my Prius back on the road. My platinum warranty (I had purchased at Charles Maund) was good advice (from Adam Barker who sold me my car and the warranty) because it paid for itself on this single repair!! KP even arranged my rental car saving me time and energy by doing so. KP called me twice over a period of 3 days keeping me informed on the progress of my car???s repair. He made all the arrangements in locking down the insurance adjuster???s day and time of arrival as well. When I picked up the car on the 3rd day (morning) it had been raining all night and into the morning. When I received my Prius I saw that they had gone to the trouble of washing the car. Even though it might begin raining again at any moment. But the rain had stopped and I drove away fully washed, a $0 payment for all the work they had completed, (around $2,400), rental care gone and I was on my way. I know this is quite a long letter, but I have purchased many, many cars over the past 49 years. And when a dealership goes that ???extra mile??? to prove they are the best, not by saying it, but to litterly prove by their service that indeed talk the talk, and walk the walk, people need to hear such experiences from the customers. KP Kirkpatrick, my service consultant is the best. No need to worry, he???ll take care of you. He also has a great attitude, and sense of humor that is always welcomed. Am I satisfied with Charles Maunds service? You bet I am!

Just bought this car today. Put 80 miles just driving it back home. Performance is good, but has the larger engine in it. It does have mirrors that tell you if something is in your blindspot so that will take some getting used to as I turned around to look and couldn't see. Love the lift gate and panoramic roof. All in all, so far, so good.
