Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.

The Expedition has all the bells and whistles and is a great car. Very safe. Kendall took two hours to show us all the equipment and how to use it. He made sure we understood all the systems. Most importantly, Medved did everything they promised.
Good experience. Although my intention was to wait for the vehicle, after the service rep not Ed my concerns, he said the truck really needed to be dropped off. Since I had driven over 20 miles to the dealership, they got the truck right in, and I ended up just waiting a couple of hours for it to be fixed.
Robert Duvall was our sales associate. He greeted us very pleasantly and got right to work getting us the vehicles brought up that we wanted to test drive. We told him we weren't interested in buying that day and he did not pressure us. He stayed in contact to see if we wanted to come back but we told him we were comparing pricing through Costco and USAA. He then got back to us with a bottom line price which was better than we could have gotten through Costco or USAA. We set up a time to come back and we decided to buy it but only had a few hours so we told him we'd put a deposit and come back. Working with his managers and finance dept. they were able to get us out the door in two hours. The owner even came over and introduced himself and gave us his card. He continued to follow up to make sure we were happy and to send us videos that showed how to operated the various options on the vehicle. It was a very pleasant buying experience and Robert and the management staff were very helpful and professional.
