Haldeman Ford Lincoln review
Professionalism starts with who you work with and how they support you in your decision making. Bill Bailey and Haldeman Ford did just that successfully! The dealership will walk you through finding the best vehicle for you, gives you a great price on your trade and gets you in with financing and out to review your car very quickly. Hats off to Bill Bailey as he is knowledgeable and one of the best car advisors I have ever worked with ( and I buy a lot of cars)! Thank you Bill and Haldeman on a job well done!

Ray Price Stroud Ford review
Victor brings a whole new/older way of shopping, for a used vehicle, that makes the experience a total pleasure. Not only did we discuss buying a vehicle, but reminiscing about past automotive history, really made this experience special. I never thought that buying a vehicle, could be so enjoyable, but Victor made it possible. He took his time, to explain every option the vehicle has, and he also made the buying process, as stress free as possible. His dedication to customer satisfaction, is well above what I even expected, so please request his service when looking to purchase a vehicle. You won't be disappointed at all. Thank you Victor, I truly appreciate your kindness.

Haldeman Ford LincolnReviews
Haldeman Ford Lincoln review
I haven't had a car buying this pleasant since my first one way back in 1972. The entire dealership was very friendly and engaging. My wife and I were genuinely surprised. Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!

My Lease was up on my 23 Escape and I decide not to lease another car. I ending up buying one of the last year model of the Escape. This way it will be mine. Marlo H was great as always. She had us look a a bronco sport but we wanted to see the 26 Escape. We loved the color and it has all the bells and whistles we need. Financing was great and we were out of Malouf with the new Escape in about 3 hours. Way to go Marlo. I will always use Malouf.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I bought a 2023 Ford Explorer from Route 23 Automall. From start to finish the process was transparent, quick and easy. The sales manager, Solomon, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible with my purchase. I did not feel pressured in any way unlike at most dealerships. It was a pleasure doing business here and I highly recommend buying a car from Route 23 Automall!
