I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150.
When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed.
Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away.
While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack.
I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Made first contact on line. Everything went smoothly. No dickering over price. Well in line with kbb???s price. The whole process took less than 3 hours from entering the door to driving out in my new Sonata. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. My car purchase experience was wonderful. This was all due to Ed Adams. He helped me every step of the way. He is such a kind and wonderful person. He is very good at his job and goes above and beyond to help you. I will refer anybody who is looking for a new vehicle to Ed because I know the service they will get will be exceptional Just like mine was!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
