When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

I love this car. Had to put my husband in A helicopter because of a heart attack and transfer him to Mason City Hospital from New Hampton. This car beat the helicopter to the emergency center in Mason City. It is classy and sassy and very comfortable. It is very dependable and we get good service from Dan Deery Motors (Waterloo).

Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has far exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I had the pleasure to work with Tian, who was the original person that had helped me with a successful purchase of a 2022 Pacifica. What makes this dealership stand out is that they have honest pricing and takes great care of their customers. I reached out to Tian by phone as the dealership was three hours away from my home. Tian provided information about the vehicle and followed through with all the pictures, specs, true pricing, thoughts and answered all questions very promptly. Upon arrival, he worked closely with me on the vehicle while catering to everything as an honored guest. We walked through the whole process along with the sales and App setup for the car. We made the purchase and all the forms were completed within the hour. Do not think that rushing is bad, this dealership is legit with no hidden fees and none of that pressure into buying random add-ons. I shopped around ~20 dealerships from orange county, san jose, fresno, to sacramento in a span of 3 days just to find Folsom had the most competitive prices and no catch.

The SPORT with the 2.7L 6 cylinder engine is a really, good suv for the money - NOT the lower trim versions, particularly with the 2.0L 4 cylinder. Those are rental fleet appliances. The SPORT, however, is properly quick. Handling is acceptable considering it sits on a front wheel drive chassis that does awd as a side hustle. The interior design is ok and can be had with a lot of premium features like hands-free parking, adaptive cruise, remote start and a huge sunroof. But it's all about that 2.7L V6 engine.

I called in to check on inventory of a car I found on line. I spoke with Som and from the first exchange we hit it right off! I made arrangements to come test drive the car I was calling about and he was a delight throughout the entire interaction! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, offering great "add-ons" to my purchase, but wasn't pushy about any that I declined. I felt like I was purchasing my car from a long lost friend. He made every step effortless and worked very efficiently on his end. I also got to meet his manager and, of course the closing finance gentleman. They were both very welcoming, helpful and enjoyable to interact with.

I love my 2011 Ford Edge. I have over 250,000 miles . I drove from Beaufort SC to Ashland Ky every two wks due to my mothers illness. I have to say . I was never the least bit insecure with this trip while traveling. When I purchased my car it had 86,000 miles . I hope to purchase another in the near future. but , as for now mine is paid for . Still in fair condition. I was just checking on recalls because my car recently is coding system is shutting down.Such has my phone thru blue tooth due to low battery . But I had it checked because I had replaced battery . I thought possibly it may have been a default on it. It wasn’t .

My wife and I test-drove a used 2018 Escape, Explorer and this Ford Edge before my purchase. This is the Platinum model with 20" tires and all the bells and whistles. I have to tell you that after driving this car for over a year it has far exceeded my expectations with regard to a quiet and smooth drive as well as comfort. I initially had some concern that the 2.0L 4cyl would be too small, but it provides all the pep and passing power I could ask for. Frankly, I have been amazed by this little engine. I have a towing pkg, but only use the hitch for a cargo carrier we purchased. If I could change one thing about the car it would be a rear tailgate window that opens. Unfortunately, there are few newer models (if any) that provide a rear window that opens. If I had it to do over again, I'd definitely buy this car without any hesitation! I traded my 2011 Ford Escape Limited on this car and am really impressed how far Ford has come with technology and refinement.

I was looking for a Bullitt Mustang. Of course they had one. Their inventory is amazingly large. But the people were the biggest surprise. The guys at Future Ford were fantastic! There was no pressure at all from the salespeople—Junior and Shane were truly professional in everything they did. The test ride sold me. The ease in making the deal will bring me back to Future Ford. And they made me a screaming deal! John Le was informative and helped walk me through the warranty/maintenance options. I purchased one of several packages solely due to his information and my choice. There was no pressure at all. Had he tried to ‘sell me’ I would have bought none of them. If you need a Mustang, SUV or a Truck, go see Junior or Shane. I rate my experience as a 5 out of 5. Oh, and I LOVE the Bullitt Mustang!

The short story... a really great vehicle. When I started my vehicle search, this vehicle wasn't on my list. I read about it in a review of the category and thought I would take it for a test drive and now I own it. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle and more. Purchased CPO SEL model with 14k miles. Nice looking exterior, very comfortable interior. The seats are great. Very quiet cabin. 0 to 60 speed is very acceptable. Loaded with features. A very enjoyable ride. My only negatives... good, not great sound system. No seat memory settings. All that said, I recommend you buy one.

My experience did not start out great and I left a scathing 1 star review just two weeks ago. I will refrain from repeating the particulars of the combination of events and experiences that earned them that initial review. Brian Zwald (GM) and Mark Roos (Fleet Director) reached out to me very quickly with offers to make the experience right. I was very skeptical that there was anything that we could do. At that point I had already ordered and paid a deposit with the another dealership and was content to wait the seven months for the car I wanted. In the end, Mark and I agreed to a very fair and reasonable price that didn't leave me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. It was almost like the no haggle, no bull crap experience that I wanted from the start. Even better, through some dealer allocation magic, I might even be able to get my car sooner (which to be honest was really the only concession they could offer to get my business back at this point since the other dealer had already done or agreed to much of what they offered). While there is no promise as far as exact time frames or delivery dates (Ford Motor Co still control the manufacturing process and dealer allocations), I am pleased that they are making the effort. I also want to give a shout out to Yves Salas (former Sales Associate of the Year, former Rookie of the Year award, and recently promoted - congrats Yves!) who Mark assigned to worked with me to get the new order going. He was very knowledgeable (I'm one of those people who will ask a question I already have the answer to, so that I can establish a baseline of trust when it comes to the questions I don't have answers for yet), not only about the vehicles he is selling, but seemed to have a great deal of awareness of what else the other manufacturers are up to as well. If only he had been the one working the lot when I stopped by back on December 23rd and had the experience that really started this all off. All of that being said, I am glad we could work something out. This will actually be my fifth purchase from Future Ford since 1999 and I never had a complaint or concern about my prior experiences. While things did not initially go as smoothly as any of us wanted, if things pan out as we hope, I strongly suspect they will see me again when it comes time to buy car number six. 2018 edge titanium loved by wife, but...The hatchback taillight has been replaced twice for condensation & cracking. Replacing this for a third time soon. With 62K miles, the EGR needs repair. Cost about $500 at dealer.

I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again

THE COLOR, INTERIOR, THE WAY IT RIDES SO SMOOTHE. I WOULD RECOMMEND A FORD EDGE TO ANYONE. SHE NEEDS A VEHICLE THAT GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE.

This is my favorite grown up car I have ever owned. All I drove when I was younger was fast sports cars. This car has it all. Comfort, style, speed, and good for all types of weather driving conditions.

Great car easy to get in and out of. Nice responsive handling. Handles well in the snow. Only complaint so far is the blue tooth kicks me off frequently when paired up.

We were looking for a low mileage, economical car for our son. After looking, and researching and test driving countless vehicles, we were able to find and purchase a very gently used 2010 VW Beetle! The car was clean-almost factory new inside/out with a great price and fairly low miles. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Miguel (Mo) and the Finance Guy were especially were able to process everything in such a timely manner, allowing my son to make it to work on time! Our son absolutely LOVES it! This car is so good! I really enjoy Edges and keep coming back and finding another one I like and trading for that one. 😂 I went from a 2013, to a 2014, to this 2019. It’s very spacious inside. The heated and air-conditioned seats are amazing. I love having the heated steering wheel in the winter. It has auto set for two drivers for the seat, the steering wheel is easy to move around. The cargo area in the back is really convenient. I love the remote start and the Ford pass app for my phone is super useful as well!

I would say that for this being the first time buying a car , that the team at auburn blvd Drivetime made my car buying experience the most comfortable and memorable experience ill ever have. One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

This is a good car with everything we need in a car. It is roomy and has a great body style The ride is great and the performance is great also.

This issue was finally resolved after three attempts. I will have to say that Nick the Service Manager was absolutely fabulous. He listened to my concerns, I showed him pictures of the leak that was still present after the second attempt. He was very sorry for how the leak was handled and mentioned he was going to have another technician perform the work. I can't say enough of how well Nick managed this third attempt to fix the leak. I did tell him I will keep checking for any leaks and he was so gracious and said please do and if you find any leaks let him know. Update: I'll have to say the leak is has been fixed. I just returned from a long trip up to the Redwoods pulling our trailer and when I looked underneath the truck it was spotless. Thank you, Thompson's GMC, for a job well done!

Fantastic car and meets all of my expectations. I live in the mountains so it will be tested on highways and mountain roads. Rain, snow and nice weather will test its durability.

I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but they have been very prompt and courteous with all me email communications, even for what I deemed as silly questions.
